I had the chance to write this in the drive through which somehow managed to not move through the writing of this review. Only time it's alright to wait 15-30 minutes in a drive through is for some In-N-Out. We are literally moving at a rate of around 1 car every 4-10 minutes.... Kinda impressive in a strange way. Locals know what's up, though... Leaving the back of the line to go inside and get their food far faster.
I hope it's because they freshly ground the beef themselves, milled the wheat, and went out to gather some more of that "special" for the sauce for a truly artisian big Mac no pickles.
Not going to lie. I was filling time while still not moving in line, hoping that I would be able to crawl forward... The gentleman using a cane managed to lap me already around the parking lot...
As I sit here, famished in the rain of a dreary Wednesday afternoon... Time ticking away without remorse... I ponder my existence as the pattering hastens above. What /is/ this burger that I am held as a prisoner in this chain-gang for? What does it mean to me? What life choices have I made that lead me to this stage where I am surrounded by at least 20 others in the same purgatory, yet left so isolated and alone with the promise of sustenance. Read moreThe staff here is so unprofessional. As I was about to pay in the drive thru the register stopped working. (I completely understand that this happens sometimes). The cashier advised that for me to wait a bit. I waited for 10 minutes. During those ten minutes I tried multiple times to ask the cashier if I could go inside and pay but everytime I would try to talk the cashier would look away. After 10 minutes of trying to get the cashiers attention, I went inside to try to pay for my food. As I was trying to tell the cashier that I wanted to pay for my drive thru order the drive thru cashier yells “he hasn’t paid for his food”. Then I tell him that I was trying to pay and he tells the cashier to let me pay in the front and that the food that has been sitting there for 15 minutes was mine. I asked for them to remake it and they did. I also asked to speak to a manager and they advised that the manager was no there at the moment. Read moreToday I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s! We ordered $100 worth of food and the manager in the drive through was not running our credit card correctly, she was being very aggressive with the credit card, so it didn’t go through. We had to park in front of the place to call the bank and find out why it wasn’t going through the hold time was over 15 minutes, when we finally spoke to the banker they confirmed that everything was ok with the credit card, we asked the manager to run the credit card in a different machine and she was hesitant to do it, but as soon as we did, it went through, I believe it went through because we swiped the credit card ourself. The worst thing was that 30 minutes had gone by already and they gave us the cold food with the cold coffee and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. I hope someone from upper management reads this and retrained their Manager because she has no customer service what’s so ever and I believe that giving someone cold food that’s been sitting out for 30...
