Arby's — Restaurant in Huntington

Arby's is one of our top choices for fast food. The portions are always good & we enjoy the menus variety. The Kid's Meal satisfies our daughter & she enjoys being able to choose what she wants to eat. The drive through is always quick & convenient & the attendant at the drive through is always courteous & efficient. Our orders have always been correct & the food has been hot. When we have time, we enjoy eating in the dining area. It's always clean & well stocked. We've always received great customer service. The restrooms are always very clean. There is parking for the disabled & the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. When we get the opportunity to eat inside, as we are leaving, our daughter always rings the bell when she's been happy...

Went thru the drive thru this evening, got home sat down to eat and my daughter's ENTIRE portion of dinner was not there! Tried to call your restaurant and it rang unanswered and disconnected 3 times. So it would seem nobody can answer the phone to attend to a customer who had already ordered and waited for their food! And I am sure if you had answered the that remaining that part fresh and you delivering it to us probably would be out of the question since as I stated earlier you can't answer the phone! Anyone who goes to the Arbys on Hal Greer should probably check and recheck you're order before leaving the window....... if you want to make sure that you're hard earned money is going to feed you're...

Worst food. Cold fries, ccold roast beef, my friend asked for tuna 8 X. The guy told the girl to ring it up as chicken, that they had tuna. Awful cheap ended up with chicken sandwich. 2 inch chunks of celery. It was an embarrassing to watch him eat it. He was unhappy. I was unhappy. But didn't say anything. Cashier didn't know anything about the menu. It was his fault for telling her to ring it up and HE MADE A MISTAKE. I ordered a sandwich one other time and learned my lesson. Never order sandwiches at a Arby's. Stay with the beef. So embarrassing. I used horsey sauce bc it was cold and fries...
