Today me and my family came to fat Patty's to have lunch when we got our food was nasty and cold my husband's Barker. Was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger? They brought ham a burger with all the fixings, and that's not what he wanted. Just a plain bacon, cheeseburger. His fries were cold and salty. Couldn't eat them. My mother In-law's was the same way, didn't have nothing for a child for a toddler to eat. He wouldn't even eat the French fries. And kids love French fries because it was too salty. He couldn't eat it me. I couldn't eat my Philly steak and cheese because it was on a hoagie bun and the bread fell apart. They brought me just the meat with no fixings. Nothing what I asked for my fries were hard and cold. And too salty, my daughter's food was the same way as mine. She had the Philly steak and cheese as well. She wanted hers with all the fixings, just no mushrooms, and it had lots of mushrooms in it. I told the woman I didn't want a pickle on my plate because I would gag, and what they do they bring me 2 pickles on a plate. Never come back and ask if we needed refills, or nothing. The manager was no help, he said he would comp. Our food Take something off and he didn't paid almost 60 dollars for our food for garbage. Since the owner sold fat patties, that place has gone to a hell and a ham basket.I will never eat there again. And it was cold inside the restaurant, when we asked them if they could turn the heat on, they turned the air up even more. The waitress that they have there, that's pregnant. She's very rude. She didn't even come back and check on us. She would take forever to go...
Read moreIf I could give it zero stars I would. Restaurant and my food were fine. However, I saw the most egregious act of discrimination from the kitchen staff. They blatantly took advantage of a young man with Autism by gaslighting him into thinking they fixed his food order when food was sent it back to the kitchen for having green onions on his potato boats. The menu says onions available upon request. The waitress tried to tell him, he never said hold the onions. He showed her it said optional. Begrudgingly, she took them back to the kitchen. The staff just scraped 3/4 of the onions off and the added a layer of cheese to cover them. Then they fed the boy the food with an item he very much dislikes. Green onions were all over the plate and wrapper. I called the manager out. I was trying to be quiet so the young man didn't puke in the floor after finding out the people he trusted to feed him just tricked him. The manager gave him his meal free, but the whole thing just didn't sit well with me. Was an $8 appetizer worth tricking someone with a mental disability? You decide if you want to give them your money. I believe they hire low class people with no integrity or morales to make the food. That boy was counting on these people to take care of him. He wasn't rude or a bother to anyone. Makes me sad. I'll never eat there again and quite frankly I will go out of my way to tell everyone what I saw and...
Read moreI see a lot of posts on here where the management acknowledges issues but the issues persist… when we arrived we were the only customers at the restaurant. Despite that it took 40 minutes to get 4 lukewarm burgers. The chips and queso were gross. The queso was cold. The chips looked like something that had been cooked yesterday and recooked again the next day. Service was slow and lacking. Our server didn’t even display basic skills. We never received silverware. Got refills after we were done. Never tried to clean anything off the table except for the salsa and queso in the empty chip basket that we were never asked if we wanted refills. It had been about 3 years since I last ate here. Quality had gone down so much that it wasn’t worth it. However, after avoiding FP in Teays Valley for a very long time as well I finally went back a couple of months ago and the food had improved. Besides the food and service at Huntington what I also found disappointing was the atmosphere. They had changed the restaurant from the cool pub type environment into something like a conference room with small tight booths. Everything about the place just seemed generic and underwhelming. Won’t be back. 4 burgers and 3 drinks plus chips was $80. They can do better...
