Not a very good experience, I showed up with cash in hand. When I walked in lady was on a phone call. So respected it and waited patiently for her to finish. She hangs up and asks me "what do you need?" I said a refrigerator. The phone rings and she puts one finger up to signal "one second" this is where I felt disrespected as a customer (the start of it anyways) she takes the call and if it was a business call I'd be more understanding but it sounded like a personal call. More chit chat than business talk. This went on for almost 30 minutes. I was there so I should have been more important than that call. OK she finally hangs up so I'm willing to move on. We go out to look at the available refrigerators. I ask questions about delivery and if they would take the broke fridge at the delivery location. She replies "It's up to the driver" OK, understandable. Then I ask if the fridge doesn't fit through the door can we bring it back? Now I understand that I should have measured the dimensions before going there, that's on me. However I think it's pretty rude that she said "Nope, we get it up the stairs it's yours to do whatever. We won't take it back down the stairs." her tone was rude. She could have just said something along the lines of asking me to go measure the entrance & come back. I would have understood that because, yes, I didn't show up prepared. That's no justification for being as...
Read moreWe bought a refrigerator and a stove there, both of which broke within days of leaving the store. Upon calling the Dragon Shop back about the problems, the biggest concern of the last on the phone was that the refrigerator left with a warranty at all. Apparently, that one was supposed to be fixed up just enough to leave the store. So after paying a delivery fee for them to come and get it, and subsequently fix the stove. They came and got the refrigerator and put a new burner on the stove. After about 2 weeks, they brought another refrigerator out. It’s now been less than a month (no extended warranty offered), and the stove still only works on high, and the refrigerator sets at about room temperature... The complete lack of business ethics and professionalism by the Dragon Shop is shameful. They sell products that work just long enough to be sold, and then it’s “your problem”. Except now you’ve spent the money you need on crucial appliances, on worthless junk instead. Save yourself some trouble and a headache, and just buy new somewhere else. It doesn’t matter where, just a larger chain store that values customer satisfaction. It really doesn’t cost that much more, and you’ll get warranties, delivery, and installation at a much better price in...
Read moreI don't and will not wear a mask. The employee came outside talking to me to my face. Asked to go give them my information. So I did. As soon as I opened the door the lady went off on me for not having a mask. So I asked if she could come to the door. She refused and I said ok I'll go elsewhere. So I walked to my vehicle strapped the appliance back down and start pulling out of the business when they appear in my rearview. So I back up to see if I forgotten something another argument took place so I asked her. Is that your employee. She said yes he was. So I asked. Your employees don't have to wear one to talk to me but I do no ty. Anyway they kept it and gave me a quote. By the time they checked it out it was double the price and was trying to sell is another one. Needles to say I'm picking it up tomorrow for ten bucks and going to recycle it and buy a new one. I will never...
