7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Huntington

The coffee is amazing. Never had a bad coffee, but there is someone with pink hair to works there who doesn’t seem to understand the customer. She asked me to pull forward to the car in front of me. I proceeded forward as far as I felt comfortable. She told me to come forward even more, but I not only already couldn’t see the bumper of the car in front, I was starting to cover their license plate. I told her I felt uncomfortable moving forward, and that I wouldn’t be moving anymore. She told me that she NEEDED me to move forward for the line, to which there was only 1 person behind me. I got a little irritated with this, and I let her know that I would not be moving anymore closer to the car ahead. She then got an attitude and proceeded to not take my order after that. She sent someone else to take my order, but at that point I was no longer interested in ordering there. I’ve never had this experience an of the other times I’ve been to 7 Brew, so I’m not sure why it was so important for me to be closer to the car ahead of me than any of the other times. Until she or 7 Brew decides to pay for my insurance and car note, I will only be getting as close as I feel like it. It’s always a problem with this place, gave it a few tries I’m over it now. It was around 7 on December 1st. They directed me to a lane with no one working it. A lady then begins to take our order and then has a guy take over. Soon as he does he just walks away for 5-10 min and comes back and completes the order. I was the only car in the drive thru when this was all happening I proceed to watch 5 or so cars in the other lane just get their drinks quickly while I sit there for like 20min. I am absolutely obsessed with 7Brew Coffee! Their drinks are not only delicious—they’re genuinely crave-worthy. My personal go-to is the Brunette with extra caramel drizzle (highly recommend!). Every sip is the perfect balance of rich, sweet, and smooth—I'm hooked.

The service is always top-notch. The team is fast, friendly, and clearly enjoys what they do. It’s refreshing to see a place where the staff is genuinely having fun while still being kind and professional. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth, they make you feel welcome every time.
