Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Huntington

I did a review years ago with my old account on how good this location was, but after my past few orders, just have to do something to show how horrible it was. Pizza was not thoroughly cooked, was cut completely horribly. One slice was about an entire 1/3 of the pizza. Just awful. Pepperoni extra most beer pizza with crazy crust all over, pizza had a total of 14 pepperonis on it which is not correct and the crazy crust was just park cheese and not with the garlic butter. Time and time again I’ve had issues for months here. Last time, they said 20 minutes on my order, I show up slightly 20 minutes later and they say it will be a couple minutes. 35 minutes of waiting I get asked if I’ve even been helped or waiting on something, I tell them the order and everything, she goes back then comes to me and says it will be a couple minutes it was just coming out. Then, I wait another 15 minutes. Just absolutely horrible service and I recommend going to the RT 60 location and avoid this one at all cost until they can either hire people that have some attention to detail or better train employees/management here on how to do things and not...

Never Hot and Ready. But always have everyone Hot😡 and Waiting. You have one set of rules to follow to keep your customers coming back and happy. Keep the all day items stocked and ready.... In todays episode of always Hot and Waiting i came in nothing on the hot shelves so I ordered 3 $5 hot and ready and 2 breadsticks told 8 minutes and they would be up i went and waited in car for 7 mins and walk back in while waiting every pizza that came out the oven was handed to customers walking in instead of the order placed being filled. I asked if my order was up and was advised it would be just a minute and she walked to the back and i waited a whole another 10 mins before the order was filled .... This is the 100 and something time this has happened since 2015 when we moved to Proctorville and started using this location. They never have anything ready and its always irritating with the promise of hot and ready and only getting HOT...

I am so disappointed, we never eat Little Ceasars but we decided to give it a try tonight 9/19/24 ordered online as guest. We got there to pick up our food, to our surprise we were denied our food because we didn't have the confirmation # ok I had proof of my purchase from my bank account it clearly showed my name and the transaction ok you don't want to give me my food I want a refund denied instead I was treated very rudly 😡! I hope they enjoy dinner on us tonight. Andy and Jeremy I do know it's my choice to never come back to little Ceasars no loss to you as I was told! Worst customer service I've ever received! YOU SHOULD NEVER CHARGE SOMEONES ACCOUNT AND REFUSE TO GIVE THEM WHAT THEY CLEARLY...
