Kroger — Local services in Huntington

This store is friendly my community store customers are great as well thank you come visit 5th Ave Kroger's anytime. My latest visit was. At the frozen cakes dept. Where I found cakes by a company not sure if name but the cakes once thawed. Are exquisite in taste delivery of quality. And. 10.99 a cake. Listen go treat yourself to luxury. In a small scale of price. Enjoy.

11/03/2023 This store is awesome more to say about the customer service than anything 1) I have to go to this store cause the selection of flowers are better 2) the people are friendlier 3) the people I know there are exceptional 4) I go out of my way to come to this store. 5 ) well I've said enough. 6) Mike up front at U scan is the kindest to work that job.

This store has expired food and when I called the store to make a Manager aware of it I spent 30 minutes on the phone of getting the run around and getting hung up on and still never got to speak to a Manager about it. They tried to pawn my calls off to regular workers and/or just hung up let the phone ring. One of the people who answered said she could pass word along to a manager because the mangers were "extremely extremely busy with very long long lines " I told her they're not too busy to take my call and of course I got up hung up on. This is not the first time I have spent $100 or more at Kroger 5th Avenue in Huntington and came home to expired rancid food and their employees DO NOT care to resolve the problem and atleast get if off their shelves. Someone is aware of the expired food for sale but no one is taking responsibility and what happens if I or others get sick..

I don't have a ride at the moment but as soon as I do I'm bringing them their Expired product. Will not be shopping there...

they have sales on certain brands but for some reason the keto version of said brand is full price… why? so any thomas brand item is $1.99 up to 5 times in one transaction but the only item excluded is the keto bagel thins. it’s not the only brand they have done this w.

& every single time i go to this specific store or 7th ave location to cash a check.. their customer service desk is closed. it doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week i go.. i’m always told it’s closed & someone’s either on lunch or didn’t come to work that day. so no one there covers service desk lunches & no one covers call off shifts. the managers always say they can’t work service desk. on top of that, there’s no one to answer the phone so it’s just ringing over & over again.

the self checkout line is always clear back into aisles or going back towards the bakery w only 1-2 registers open with cashiers.

i’m done going to this store & 7th ave. i’m fed up with...
