A several months ago I ordered food through the drive through. When I pulled around I gave the woman my money. When she handed me my change she held onto my money and said at least someone is feeding you pointing to my son in the passenger seat. My oldest son has a disability but very friendly. I laughed thinking she was joking. Just for the fact my family goes to this particular Tudor’s Biscuit 3-4 times a week. I said yeah he’s starving (jokingly). She then said no every time he comes with a gentleman he never orders him anything. I then realized she was being serious and she was referring to my husband. At that time I just nodded and let her assume what she wanted. What this lady didn’t know was that my son prefers to eat McDonald’s which me and my husband order for him. Then proceed to get the rest of our family something from Tudors. She assumed the food I had ordered was for him. When actually I was buying for the rest of my family at home. I told my husband the assumption and he was furious and has never returned. Until this morning. We were getting breakfast for our family. I told my husband it was nonsense that we drive so far away when we live close to this restaurant. Unfortunately, the woman was working this morning and took our money. She looked at my husband and then didn’t return to give us our food. Someone else gave it to us. I regretted that I talked him into going. I have continued to go there prior without my husband. The times that woman has been there she is rude and unprofessional. I usually don’t complain or try let it go. But this morning I realized that I will not continue my business there any longer. It’s unbelievable that someone can truly believe that we are starving our son. My son looks healthy and there are no signs that malnutrition is a issue. It’s bad enough to go in public and have people stare. I don’t believe we have to explain who we are buying food for when we order. It’s just ignorance at its finest. I would suggest training your staff and how to hold themselves...
Read moreI have tried n tried again to spend my money at businesses in the areas I work and live but Lavalette Tudors makes it impossible. Each time I have tried they disappoint in professionalism as well as poor quality and price for what you get. I ordered the "super breakfast with bacon and a sweet tea $9.30. Gravy was so bad I had to throw biscuit and all away, 2 scrambled eggs was sized of one but paper thin and 3 prices of bacon. Not three strips but 3 prices of strips. Wish I could post pics here. Just pitiful. Staff was too busy talking about their lives and how miserable they are to barely recognize customers. AS I was attempting to eat in dining are 2 other people at different tables was openly complaining about the same....
