Well, I’ve postponed this review numerous times trying to be understanding of the plights of the fast food worker. No more. For the last year this location has made a mistake on nearly every single order to the point my wife makes me stay at the pick-up window while she does a cursory count on the items we purchased (for a family of 4) before we pull away because they seldom give us everything we paid for. Tonight we did the same, only for a small order: a cheeseburger, fries, apple slices and a drink for my 7 year old son. My wife went through the bag and checked that we got everything… so we thought. We get home with our food and open the cheeseburger and surprise surprise it’s a McChicken and my son won’t eat it, forcing my wife to leave the house again to get the cheeseburger we ordered. So now when we go to this location we going to be forced to unwrap all the sandwiches to confirm they’re correct?! This is getting absurd and whoever owns this franchise needs to do a better job of hiring and training their employees. They’re lucky they have any customers at all with how annoying it is to pull in and out of it along a busy road. Coupled with the terrible service, high prices, terrible employee attitudes I don’t see it being around much longer. And I would say to that, good riddance!

Whilst receiving a larger order (in the drive through) a male employee gave us out food with a rude tone. Not only that but he only gave us one of the bags including only 1 1/2 of our 7 meals. Then when corrected we were still missing two of our meals. We then went inside where we were accused of lying and attempting to steal food by the manager of this specific restaurant. When shown that 2 of our meals were missing (receipt and bags) still, we were accused of lying. Finally another employee told her to “just give it to them” although on our receipt it showed all 7 meals and we were not lying nor trying to get food that we didn't order. Then when we got home and began to eat, still one medium fry was missing. Throughout our full order process, from ordering to finally getting our food, we were treated rudely and with an attitude. The man at the drive through, the man who gave us our food, the manager, and the other female employee.

Read moreI ended up being very pleased with this McDonald's. Initially I was having trouble navigating the app as I was trying to place an order on my phone. One of the employees (maybe a manager? I don't know) came to my rescue. The app was very slow to react to my choices, but I finally placed my order. When the food came out, I had inadvertently ordered 4 double cheese burgers. (I ordered a 2-for-1 deal but in the confusion of the app's screens, I must have ordered 2 of the special deals. I explained this to the employee who first offered to keep them warm until I was ready to leave (we were eating in), which I accepted, and then she came to our table and offered to refund me their cost. I accepted. When she brought me the value in cash, she also gave me a coupon for a free meal. That was really above and beyond customer service, in my opinion.
