I would have given this location a zero if that was an option. I pulled up to the side where the passenger pays and receives the food. I sat there for 10 minutes. No one came to speaker to take my order. So i drove up to the window. Then i sat there for about 5 minutes and someone finally came to the window (it was about 3 or 4 women in the front so i know they saw me sitting there waiting). I told the young lady that no one came to the speaker to take my order. Then she informed me theyre only using the other window and they refused to take my order on that side. The lane was not blocked off nor was there a sign out. So i drove back around and waited for about 10 more minutes to get my order taken. Which is fine. I do not mind waiting as long as my food is fresh! Once i pay and get my food and drinks..the soda is leaking out of the straw hole all on my hands and the young lady hand. I asked for a napkin...she smacked her lips and slammed the window. Then i asked for my receipt and she tells me the receipt machine is down. Like c'mon now.! She obviously knew i was going to report my experience via survey or even call corporate. Customer Service was terrible..food was even worse. I definitely wont be...
Read moreThis particular location does not complete orders accurate. Reason being is that employee does not give the customer their full attention. Too much side conversations and playing around. No customer have to repeat their order 2-3 times and the order is still wrong. I ordered 2 for 4 BEC croissants, small coffee and water. They were out of cream and did not provide a stirrer for my coffee. They falsify the customer wait time at the window. Once you place your order at intercom and pay at the window the cashier ask the customer to pull around to the side parking and some one will bring your order out. That is another 5 minutes wait or more. The timer at the window should be reading 8-9 minute wait time per customer. Every week this location is out of something on the menu board. This demonstrates Poor Leadership and Lack of Management controlling food cost. Last, the appearance of the staff including management is so unprofessional. Read moreI don eat a lot of fast food. But today I got a crispy chicken sandwich I asked for tomatoes lettuce and extra pickle. I didn't get that. I got all the way home and bit my sandwich twice and didn't taste any pickle, not even one. Called them, the lady was apologetic and told me to come get another one. I went the driveway because I didn't want to come in after driving all the way back. They asked me to come in. I came in they had it ready 😑. Could have passed it out the window. Something said check it. I did at my car..it only had pickles no lettuce no tomatoes. I never said hold the lettuce or tomatoes. I started to go back in but I changed my mind because people are mean and it wasn't worth it for $4. It taste okay. And no one smiled or was friendly. Just asked me if I wanted heavy pickle and handed me bag. Bottom line...pay attention and be in customer service because you love people.
