My in store experience was wonderful. The gentleman who assisted me was amazing. I was planning on purchasing another piece of furniture to complete my bedroom set.
However, my experience with the actual delivery and the lack of professionalism exhibited by the two ladies that I had the displeasure of speaking with was extremely disappointing. My furniture was scheduled to be delivered on 6/16/25. I received a call at 8:17 am from a gentleman asking if I would be home. I advised him that , yes, I would be home all day. He stated that they were going to pick up their truck and they would call me when they were on their way. I waited around all day and never received a call. I called at around 3:30 pm asking if someone could tell me what time my delivery would be. I was told that, since I didn't respond to telephone calls, I would not be getting my furniture that day. I told her to put someone else on the phone. Someone else, supposedly a manager, states that the driver told her that he called me twice and I didn't answer, so they went on to New Market to deliver and would not be delivering my furniture that day. I ,again, explained about the call I received that morning and was given some ridiculous explanation about the drivers using U-Haul and they weren't able to get the truck. I asked for a full refund. The response I received was, may I ask why. I said it was because of the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I took the day off from work, on the the day that I scheduled to receive my furniture and I expected it immediately. Finally, she told me that they would arrive in 45 minutes. They finally did arrive but had to leave because they didn't bring all of the pieces to put my bed together. Also, while they were there, I overheard one of the drivers speaking to someone in the office and he said that he DID speak with me that morning. The person that didn't answer his phone calls was someone who was on a payment plan and missed a payment. Which wasn't me because I paid in full. This is a business, how is there no structure?

Read moreWith just a single interview, and background check they have violated 3 different state laws and codes. Would rate a .01 if applicable. Recorded everything in the incident. So there is no telling what laws they breach in concern to there customers and other employ. When you operate in this state you are required to follow the laws. They sought my number via request of good and dependable help, while offering a pay rate of 18 /hr, then 16 for a different position after an illegal mvr was used. I have 5 years experience in all of it. So if you want to pay a rate that a highschooler can get straight out, KARMA. Also they belie one person is needing for 100 pounds and insinuated they lack the tools to be in customers homes. I have delivered all across the US at this point of my life. They don't want to pay right, law suit it shall be. No one needs to be shopping here. Original review is back up.

Read moreI was supposed to receive a call Friday to let me know what time Saturday they would deliver my recliner, never heard from them , so I called and the guy was rude telling me they called me several times and I didn’t answer , n that it went to voicemail, so I asked if that’s the case why did no one leave me a message ? But when I’m little behind on my payments they surely get intouch with me then . With no problems . So that just tells me no one called , either they forgot or didn’t care to even try. Then they still had my old address on file after I gave them my new address while I was in the store picking out my new recliner. From when I started doing business with them til now they have got worse , they are always rude , pushy , and don’t know anything when I ask questions. They can barley keep anyone there to work so that throws a red flag to me . I wish I could just give all my furniture back and go somewhere else , Where my business would be appreciated.
