I used to come eat here from the time I was in middle school all the way through high school and on until I moved out of town well after being away for 5 years i moved back to town and I wanted to eat at one of my favorite places but due to my experience tonight I will not return! Our waiter annoyed my patience when he was coming to the table every couple of seconds asking us if we were ready once we ordered the cook brought our food out and we hadn't seen our waiter since he took our order and didn't until we were almost done eating which was a problem our drinks needed refilling and my meal came with a tossed salad which I never got and my husband couldn't even eat his food because he was waiting for the waiter so he could order cheese dip to add to his meal and then when he finally did come to our table after everyone except my husband had eaten all there food he ordered his cheese dip and I asked for my salad but once he brought the salad the rach dressing was in a little cup that looked like it had been sitting in the fridge without a cover it had that brown congilled layer up top. I have been coming to this location since 2017. After covid this establishment has seemed to go down hill, especially the service. I ordered one of my usuals, the Toro Loco, and received my food however the tortillas were not given to me. When I asked the waitress for the tortillas that come with the meal she stated that it would be an extra charge. I told her that I've ordered this dish for years and it has always come with tortillas. At this point if I was her I would go ask a manager or supervisor for clarification on if it does or not, but she instead decides to argue with me about it. She even brought out the menu and asked me where it says tortillas come with the meal. So you're telling me that if fajitas for example didn't specify that they came with tortillas it would be an extra charge for them? Rediculois. On top of all that I bit into something hard when eating my rice and beans which ended up being a piece of gravel/rock! I will not be returning to this location. Was having a decent night dining with family and friends. Kids got done eating and someone was taking their plates. I was not done even though i had only a little left on my plate. I hear an "excuse me", so i pause and thats when someone TOOK MY PLATE WHILE I WAS EATING. I walked out immediately because I have a short fuse and did not want to disrupt other customers. Come to find out that the manager, or someone who was not a server, came to ARGUE that this did not happen. He went as far as to bring out MULTIPLE PLATES FROM THE DISHWASH AREA FROM OTHER PEOPLES TABLES claiming that this was somehow proof. No one apologized or even accepted responsibility for this. I should not have even paid but we did receive dinner for the kids.

This is hands down the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in my life. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
