China Sun — Restaurant in Huntsville

Today was my first time going to this restaurant. I am a big foodie and I am beyond honest about everything I say on these reviews. I only went to this location because someone said it’s a comparison to New York Chinese. Me being born and raised in the heart of New York City I can disagree. I ordered chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. The smell in the car on the way home smelled like very greasy food. After tasting the chicken I can tell it’s chicken from the day before and was just refried. The rice was ok but bland and only had six little shrimp in it. This place using fake rating! This was possibly the worst take out I have ever had. Pu Pu platter was ok the but the egg rolls were aweful and tasted of freezer burn. The honey chicken which was the chef specialty was not edable. The chicken so tough and hard. The flavor was like congealed honey. Also got a chicken friend rice it was mediocre at best. Ordered the orange chicken. Ended up with "chicken" that initially appeared to be a mix of dark meat chicken (yuck!) and Lord knows what else. In other words, mystery meat. And greasy mystery meat at that. It did not resemble, feel, or taste like poultry in the least. Same goes for the "chicken" chunks in the fried rice that came on the side.
