Extremely disappointed with the service here. I placed two orders this week--both were online orders and I scheduled to pick up the pizza. The first day I placed the order I came by to pick it up and had to wait an additional 15 minutes because it actually wasn't ready when they said it would be. I got the suspicion that the pizza was made incorrectly and that they were trying to remake it before my arrival. The manager apologized and gave me a free bottle of coke.
The second order I placed was a duplicate of the same order I placed earlier in the week--a veggie pizza, small, no cheese. Again, I placed it online and scheduled a pickup. I arrive, pick up the pizza, get home and....the pizza has cheese on it. I immediately go back to the store and tell them what happened. The apologize, give me another free coke and say they'll remake it. Fifteen minutes later, I get the pizza, head home and....yes....there's cheese on the pizza! If I wasn't so furious, this would be a comedy. I drive back to the store, ask for the manager, and tersely express my dissatisfaction with the service. He then tells me that the cashier gave me the wrong veggie pizza and immediately provides me the one that I ordered.
Customer service is extremely important to me. While I typically have received good service from this establishment, you would think that the preparers would make ABSOLUTELY sure that the order is correct the second time--ESPECIALLY when the customer is coming to pick it up.

Of course paid cash and was already almost home. I called and asked to speak to a manager. The employee who had answered was cussing in the background hollering for someone-guess he didn’t realize I wasn’t on hold and could hear it all…a manager came on the phone and while it took a second to get some customer service (ie identify yourself when answering, “hi this is so and so, the manager how can u help” instead of “hey”)… “Q” (the manager?) was helpful in offering to remake the pizza. Honestly I just wanted management to be aware that someone was trying to be funny with their product and it wasn’t appreciated. I told him I didn’t want to come all the way back nor did I pay credit so I was fine with no refund-just awareness. He insisted on putting a credit on my account. Whether that’s there, I don’t know? But I definitely don’t like paying for a large pizza for my kids’ dinner just to see it’s practically inedible and my money down the...
Read moreToday I ordered a medium pan pizza and when I made it back to work to eat it realized that the dough of the pizza was still doughy. And found a bone in one of the pieces of meat on the pizza. I called the store to make them aware of the situation and was informed that the best they could do was give me $5 off my next order. I’m sorry but any logical person isn’t going to eat somewhere again after they find a foreign object in there food and that the food was pulled out of the oven too soon. And about the doughy being doughy I was told that it’s some customer preference that the pizza be put back in the oven half way to cook longer. I’m sorry that doesn’t work for me as I’ve ordered the same pizza from this store 2 other times and haven’t had this issue before. The service must be perfect as not only is it your job but you are serving the general public. And don’t offer a measly $5 off the next order just to get repeat service of possible the same ending result. I will keep my receipt and will expect a full refund.
