The location is the closest place to my work for food. This Jacks used to be BOOMING a couple of years ago. What happened to all the good employees??! Believe it or not, it's quicker to actually get out in the traffic on Madison Blvd and go elsewhere. I get a 30 minute lunch. Last week I went, it took me 45 minutes. Today, I thought... maybe they'll be faster since it's morning. Mmmm... NO!! I was sitting in the drive thru for about 5 minutes without it even moving!! I decided to go inside. I literally waited 15 minutes on my order. Then, after those 15 minutes, they tell me they were waiting on the steak to cook, and asked me if I'd like something else. YOU COULD HAVE HAD THIS COOKING WITHIN THOSE 15 MINUTES!! They had to ask me twice what my order was... and STILL didn't even get to have what I wanted! The only "dedicated" workers I seen were the elder people. Seems like all the young employees have no self urgency... I saw one guy in the back, which should have been helping make the food, giving sexual looks and gestures to one of the other girls standing in the front. They're job seems like a joke. Plus, it's not very flattering seeing this going on in the kitchen. I've worked in fast food previously for many years, so I understand when it's hard to get orders out. But the younger employees do not take their job seriously. I've given this Jacks location more than 2 more chances to make up for themselves, and all I can say is JUST PITIFUL!! Do yourself a favor if you're trying to save time, and go somewhere else...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis specific Jacks location has the best customer service I've ever experienced. The employees here fully exemplify the definition of good customer service, and they are on par if not better than service at any Chick-fil-A. They truly do care about their customers, not only during the visit, but even thereafter. Each time I have visited whether drive thru or dine in, the service seems to get better and better... just when I thought it couldn't be better. No, they do not know me personally, nor do I know them. It's just my neighborhood Jack's, and it's fulfilling to know that they care about us. One evening I received a phone call from this store because someone else who shared my name visited this Jack's and left something "very important " behind. They went through relentless efforts to get this item back to the original owner. I was the wrong person, but they explained the situation and honestly, it was no surprise to me that they would go that far for a customer even after the visit ends. Most places would have shoved the most item in the desk drawer somewhere in the office and waited until the owner came looking for it... and even then might not remember that an item was left behind. I wish I could do more for these employees because each and every time I visit, regardless of the kind of day I'm having, they exponentially improve my day... sometimes turning it entirely around for the better. Keep up the good work Jack's on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI literally regret every time I go to Jackās now. I use to love going for their breakfast! They have changed staff and they are SLOW! I waited over 20 minutes for breakfast in a mediocre drive thru line. I can order food from a busy sit down restaurant and get it in that time!!. I finally get up there and they were so slow inside. They have no sense of urgency and looked short handed. One of the employees was the assistant manager. I was just very surprised. I got my food without a receipt and my hashbrowns were not hot. At this point, I wouldnāt dare tell them anything because I couldnāt wait another 20 minutes. This was my last time I will try them. I have went several times over the last couple months and this continues to happen. The old crew had phenomenal customer service and were very efficient for the large drive thru crowd Jackās gets in the morning. They no longer are any of that. Furthermore, my bf works at the company across the street and they donāt have time on their breaks to get food there anymore. You are truly losing your valued customers. I drove 8 miles out of my way to get my work breakfast instead of...
