Their food is 100% on point. I have to give them that. But, Chick-fil-A is usually known for their expediency, good service and friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, this location seemed to have never gotten that memo.
Here are some issues. The drive-through is pretty tight spaced (maybe the stores fault...??). So when you are in the drive-through line, you are stuck until you can go through the actual exit. This is very annoying when say 12 cars are in line, and the 6th car gets their food before the other cars...and they have to wait until the other 5 cars leave before they can.
That leads me to the second issue - there is no logistically sound idealism when it comes to who gets their food first to expediate drive through efficiency. The car in the back of the line might get their food before the actual person who needs to get theirs first to move the line. Don't even get me started on the app line either. I have seen people who used that service wait 15-20 minutes before they get their food...versus someone who just jumps in line. I know, because I was stuck in line for over 20 minutes in the no app line watching people behind me get their food first....while a car in the app line was having to wait like I was.
Then there is the service. There is a young woman who works in the morning who practically sneers at you. She doesn't pay attention when bringing food (have personally seen her bump into two separate cars when walking) and apparently doesn't look at the notes to identify the orders.
I have eaten there four times now since they have opened. I have been there at different times in the drive through (06:30, 08:25, 10:00, 14:52). Each time has been a minimum of 15 minutes waiting. After the last encounter, I decided my money can be spent better elsewhere...or at least until the figure out...

The first time we came in, we ordered our food and a frosted key lime lemonade. When our food came out (after about 25 mins of waiting) I asked the waitress about my drink and she said they would bring it out separately , but then she took our table marker. Another 15 or so minutes went by and my drink was nowhere to be found. My husband went up to the front and asked for it and as he walked up the very same waitress gave us a look of utter disgust. My husband came back with a regular key lime lemonade even though I paid more for it to be frosted. I went to the front and finally got the frosted drink. The team lead was very apologetic, so we decided to give this location another try. Tonight we came in at 6:30 for dinner and the place was dead. Drive thru was empty. We went inside and Every. Single. Table. Was. Dirty. Trash in the floor everywhere. I got a grilled sandwich when I asked for fried, and other people were having issues with getting the tables clean, not having all the items on their orders, and not being able to get the staff to give them the items. So I get myself and my little one ready and drive to the store to pick up what they forgot. Well when I first got there, I didnāt realize I pulled in the mobile line so when I did notice, I hollered at one of the workers to come over and ask her what I should do. She said well just stay in this line and when you get to the front, let them know they forgot your salad and they will give it to you. So when I got to the front of the line, the gentleman that was handing out the mobile orders came up to my car and Iāll let him know what was going on and he proceeded to get very mouthy with me telling me ā lady donāt EVER come thru this line again for something that has to do with DoorDash!ā I replied well the lady around back taking orders told me to stay in this line and he said ā no no no! NONE of my people would have told you that!! So he basically called me a liar, in front of everyone! I have never been talked to so poorly by an any fast food worker.
