KFC — Restaurant in Huntsville

So I've never written a review before, but this was pretty disgraceful.. my two room mates and myself went here last night at 8:45pm, completely not realizing until we got there that they closed at 9pm, so that's annoying/frustrating for them, I get that. I apologized to the girl at the window for coming in so late as we didnt know they closed at 9. She said it was fine and that the food would take 3 minutes. We pulled up and waited for 10 which made me think they had to let things heat back up maybe? But when we got home we realized we never got our drinks, there was no biscuit, my sandwich was a completely different sandwich, we didnt get any of the sauces we asked for nor any other requests we made and the fries were chewy and dry which made me think they had been sitting out. I understand it's frustrating when that happens for them, I'm a GM at a fast food service and people will even come in a minute before close with huge orders but you're in the food industry and it's literally just part of the job, it just happens. This was totally unacceptable and their obvious carelessness makes me worried something could have been done to my food out of spite. Worst KFC I have ever been to. Every single timw I go I do not know why I go back .Maybe because it's less than a mile from my house. The manager has a horrible attitude. The employees then follow suite by having bad attitudes and acting like they don't wanna take Your order and that they are bothered by you .They need customer service training and on top of that I would never eat inside they not only can't do the customer service portion of their job they cant clean either .Its filthy and I would be embarrassed to have any one step foot into this establishment if I worked here .But Anita or whoever the older woman is has a HORRIBLE attitude and needs a new job . I haven't been back to this location in over 3 years because I was watching the cashier take money, give change back, go to help fix the order but NEVER washed his hands and DID NOT even put those little plastic gloves on. I sent my order back because I am not going to eat it after watching everything he did. The mgr didn't say anything to him when I sent it back but you can bet I double watched the order being made again because I was afraid one of the guys would do something nasty to my food because I sent it back. I have been to a couple of other locations after a year not even wanting KFC after that experience and they were better, last time I went to any KFC has been over a year due to the chicken not being cooked completely done.
