If I could give 0 stars to this establishment I would today is day 7. My drink has been made wrong and every other day I have came in and used the Starbucks motto, which is we make it until your coffee is correct, which I've gone in and have them remake it every morning except for this morning. I was running late. And honestly I'm done having to go in and deal with this every morning. I pay almost $11 a day for my drink. I don't feel like I should be being disrespected. We're having to play this game of let's make this drink, right? How many times will it take? And then when I was leaving because I just don't have the patience to deal with this. For the seventh morning in a row, the employee decides to follow me to my car and ask me what's wrong and I tell him the coffee's made wrong again. And I shouldn't have to come in and have it. Remade and he goes while you've had it remade every day this week. And it's like because that Starbucks bottle and you guys are making it correctly. And he goes well, why don't you come in and show me how to do it? And it's like well one. I'm not your boss, I. Shouldn't be having to instruct you on how to do your job. And 2, I'm not getting paid to do that. In fact, I'm paying you to make my drink that. You continually get wrong and then get mad. At me because it's wrong, I. Felt threatened because I got followed through my car today. Because I'm upset as a customer because my drinks being made wrong. I'm sorry, but the ticket on a mobile order is self-explanatory. It says line the cup with caramel, extra caramel drizzle. They're not putting the extra caramel drizzle on the top. Even though the ticket says to it also says vanilla sweet cream foam. But they don't put sweetener in it. So it just tastes like water down cream. After today I can honestly say that I will not be returning to this establishment. I should not feel threatened in my own car. All because I'm unhappy that my drink wasn't made correctly that I am paying for it's not like they're paying for this drink and last I. Checked, they get paid. To make these drinks correctly. And last I checked, Starbucks is very adamant on being positive to the customers, making the customers experience positive and yet all the Starbucks is done and let me rephrase that the males at this establishment have made sure that my experience has been horrible. There's one female that works in this establishment. That I adore she is sweet. She has no problem making my drink again. She's very polite and I just I feel horrible making her. Make my drink every day because I know that she's not the one making it. Because when she makes my drink, there's no complaint. It's like heaven in a cup. But when it comes to this dude he's rude, unpleasant and like I said, he made me feel threatened with the way he followed me to my car today. And because of what he's done today he's lost a customer. I will never return back to the starbucks N anyone that is finding out that this is happening is no longer going back to the Starbucks so. Unfortunately, because of a employees poor choices, there's a handful of customers that have now stopped going to this establishment and we'll go to a different one because they're not gonna go and support somewhere. That is treating customers this way. The saddest thing IS IS I just recently moved to Alabama. I have never experienced starbucks like this until I moved here. None of the Starbucks in Alabama are welcoming. The atmosphere is not one. You would expect any coffee shop to be. I know the Starbucks that I used to go to where I used to live. There were couches, music was going. People were there doing work schoolwork. It was very welcoming inviting homie Environment. You don't find that here in Alabama. There's no couches, there's no one there doing their homework or school work. Or anything. Which kind of shows how the Starbucks are out here compared to...
Read moreWell if I could leave a negative review I would. I received the worst service I have ever experienced. 3 employees were working today 4/24/16 and every single one had a piss poor attitude and the two men who were working got smart a few times. I made a coffee run for my coworkers and had 6 drinks to carry out and no one offered me a carrier, one gentleman got one of the drinks wrong when I politely said it was suppose to be a frappe and not a hot coffee his response was "yeah you didn't say frappe" when I clearly read the entire order off a sticky note. I normally get extra chocolate syrup in my drink just like I did today, however it didn't look the same as it normally does. So I asked him if it had the extra in it and received "It says how many pumps are on the cup." ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! I work in customer service and my manger would've written me up for how they acted. All three were running back and forth acting like they were to good and busy to help me when there was 1 other person behind me and NO ONE in front of me. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND IF I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT ITS LIKE IN WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE WOULD'VE BEEN A SCENE IN THE STORE FOR THE AMOUNT OF DISRESPECT AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE THEY HAD. Instead I kept a positive attitude and still said thank you and left. I will not be going back to that location ever again and no one should. Last...
Read moreThis message is for management and management only. Pay better wages so you can hire more people. For god's sake. Your staff is wildly overwhelmed and cannot keep up with the number of orders pouring in. Offer better wages so people actually want to work here. I put in an order 30 minutes before I arrived, waited 30 minutes after I got there, was made late to work, and DID NOT even receive the drink I had already paid for because it was going to be another 20 minutes before they even started it.
That is absolutely not how you run a business and shame on you for creating an environment like that for your staff to handle. Those poor baristas were running around like crazy, customers were being very rude to them and there were no less than 30 people all standing around waiting. This simply tells me that management and ownership care nothing about customer experience and worker experience. If your customers are not getting what they pay for and your workers are miserable, it begs the question: why does your business exist? Do better. Get your folks some help. Pay them for the work they do. You should be ashamed...
