Starbucks — Restaurant in Huntsville

Every time I come into this Starbucks, They are very pleasant and happy and welcoming. The only Starbucks that I have came in to in madison that is like this. They make wonderful drinks. I've never had any issues here. I just adore this Starbucks and so grateful that I have found it because moving states.... It's hard especially when you have certain things that you're used to, coffee being one of them. 🤣 But being able to come into this Starbucks And get the coffee that I have gotten for years. This is the worst starbucks location in the Madison/Huntsville. The service is absolutely terrible. Any time you go through the drive thru it takes 10+ minutes even if there are only 2 other cars in line. Today I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes and no one said anything. I pulled around and I was ignored at the window for 5 minutes. I noticed there were 4 employees working, so they weren’t short staffed. Coming to this Starbucks is a morning must for me ! I absolutely enjoy the fact I can so easily order on my phone and walk right in and pick up my drink. The staff is always so super friendly especially Martin !! His energy and joy is so radiant. The world needs more MARTINS!!! I do wish that I had a way to compensate the hard working, deserving employees with a way other than cash.
