I order food from this establishment all the time either by driving through or on the Waitr app. This time I decided to use the app but as a carryout order. I stood in the dining area and watched a lady by the name of Michelle (she's the assistant manager) prepare my order. She then dropped one of my kids meal burgers on the floor and put it on the tray beside the bag. She put a new order of fries in the bag and then....the SAME burger she dropped on the floor without so much as a second thought. I was immediately disgusted. I stood back and waited as she finished the rest of order. I then caught her attention and asked her if the order she was making was from the Waitr app. She acknowledged that it was in fact the order. I then asked her why she put the burger back in the bag after dropping it on the floor. Her response was, "It was in a wapper." as if that was some sort of consolation. I was UTTERLY disgusted and appalled. Not to mention she never stopped once to wash her hands throughout this entire ordeal while continuing to complete other orders. I noticed that she was the assistant manager via her name tag. I then asked her for corporate's number. She shooed me away while telling me it was on the receipt. I asked the cashier if he had the receipt. Which he did give to me while apologizing I'm guessing for her behavior....not sure. So i decided while waiting to get my order that I would call the number listed. I was able to speak to Steve or Steven (the area director). I informed him of the actions of his assistant manager which he was NOT okay with based on our conversation. Once the call was conplete, so was my order. I then said excuse me to Michelle who still had a very nasty attitude and informed her that I spoke with the area manager and he wouldnbe speaking to her out of courtesy so that she would not be "surprised." She responded so very unbothered as if to imply that it wouldn't matter anyway. At that point I left the establishment and called him again offering an apology for calling back to back. I informed him that something definitely needed to be done in regards to this situation as she seemed to careless that i was disgusted by her actions and she wouldn't be reprimanded. It's sad that people choose the job that they choose and show ZERO pride in conducting business appropriately. Michelle is an AWFUL representation of Burger King and I would NEVER keep her staffed in a managerial position. I am completely disgusted and saddened by my experience at my local...
Read moreGreen hair girl with a green septum was not pleasant. We ordered our order at the speaker, then my brother sent a message after we orders of what he wanted. We asked the first window if we could change it and he changed it. Once we pulled up at the second window to receive our food, our order was wrong (which is understandable because we did change it). We told the GREEN HAIR GIRL WITH A GREEN SEPTUM (nothing wrong with the look, just specifying who I am talking about) that our order was wrong and we ordered the whopper (also charged for it!) that you get 1 for $1 with. She said “I read your order back and you said it was right.” With the rudest tone and look… girl- My mom said that she changed it at the other window before we got to her and she proceeded to say that the order was correct. The manager came because green girl asked for her, the manager was rude as well and said to just give the burger. She basically threw the bag to us and we said thank you and she shut the window. I’d think maybe she was having a bad day so I kinda held my mom back, but after reading all these reviews, I think they're trained to have an attitude. No matter where you work you should give 100%, bad days are okay, but you shouldn’t reflect it onto others and make them feel...
Read moreI am not one to leave a negative review but I have given this location several opportunities to improve. First their wait time are absolutely ridiculous for fast food. I have seen the sign in the window but everytime I have been there are plenty of people working. First couple time I did the drive thru and thy was 20 minutes even with no cars in front of me. So last couple time I went inside. Took about 10 minutes to get a kids meal each time. Today I went during lunch rush which I can understand an additional wait but I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to take my order. Not an apology, I will be with you in just a minute, just dirty looks like those of us in line were an inconvenience. There is absolutely no excuse for these kind of times at a fast food restaurant. The can be so much more efficient if they have 1 person loading the broiler, one person at the deep fryers, 2 people on the line. If finding employees is your problem up your wages like you have upped your...
