Stovehouse Event Center — Restaurant in Huntsville

The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars was the customer service. I had a date picked out and asked if I had anything to worry about seeing as we were looking to tour the space before booking and I was informed it would be held. The next day I receive an email saying my date was taken and I needed to chose another. My heart was broken. I was told she was out of office and the other worker didn’t know someone wanted it. My husband called to ask what happened and she said she didn’t know which date I wanted held even though I had emails to show for it. I went from having 50 people coming down to 15 due to having to have it on a Friday night vs the Saturday night we had originally picked out. Other than that, the few who did come did enjoy having the different restaurants available to choose from. I personally enjoy the Stovehouse as a place to go with my husband. I recommend that if you plan on having an event, book with more time to spare otherwise someone will come and take it before you...

This past Saturday, we had a large anniversary celebration for our college fraternity at The Belle. We couldn't have been happier with how our event went. The Stovehouse staff was top notch and worked with us without complaint as we adapted our event in the days and weeks leading up to it. We even moved venues from The Shed to The Belle, and Stovehouse's execution was seamless. The Belle was beautiful and set up well by the staff. After arrival, we asked for several last minute changes to the tables and seating arrangements, and they were completed instantly. We had a live band play for several hours, and the stage and acoustics in the space were great. Finally, we had a cash bar - it was perfectly stocked with a wide variety, and the bar staff was professional and went above and beyond to make our event perfect. The feedback from everyone who attended has been positive and glowing. The Belle and Stovehouse in general have my highest recommendation for anyone looking to host a great event...

For our corporate holiday event, we needed a venue in Huntsville/ Madison County that would accommodate a large group (450+). Because we had good experiences with previous, smaller Stovehouse events, we knew this was the perfect space. With limited availability during the holiday season, they squeezed us into our preferred date and timeslot, even though it meant their team quickly flipping the space for another group after ours.

The Experience Managers, Maggi and Barbie, were extremely helpful in making our vision come to life. They even made creative suggestions along the way. One of my favorite features was the 3D rendering Maggi sent before our event. With this specialized program, we could see the furniture and evaluate the appropriate spacing for our specific needs.
