I have to express my deep dissatisfaction with Donavan and Lisa's performance at Wendy's. Their incompetence is simply staggering. Donavan, who works at the front desk, consistently fails to manage customer orders properly. He is slow, frequently enters orders incorrectly, and is generally unhelpful. His inability to handle the simplest tasks leads to long lines and frustrated customers.
Lisa, who is supposed to be the manager, is equally problematic. Her management skills are virtually nonexistent. Instead of leading by example and addressing the issues, she contributes to the chaos. Lisa is often seen arguing with Donavan and other staff members, creating a toxic work environment. Her lack of leadership and organizational skills is evident in the disarray of the restaurant and the poor performance of the staff.
Together, Donavan and Lisa create a customer service nightmare. Their constant bickering and lack of coordination make the dining experience unpleasant. Lisa’s inability to manage effectively exacerbates the problems caused by Donavan’s incompetence at the front desk. It’s clear that neither of them is suited for their respective roles.

Read more8/12/19 1930: Stopped specifically to grab a bite. Truckers. The crew was seriously shorthanded, and Im guessing from the contstruction on 45 slowing traffic, EVERYONE decided to stop at this Pilot and go to Wendys. One of the day crew stayed well over to help, otherwise there would have only been two people. A customer, likely a kid, had turned the tea nozzles to open, and spilled tea everywhere, making the floor sticky (though the crew did their best to get it dried up), and it smelled like urine.
Despite this, the crew still cooked all orders fresh as they were entered in the register, fries included. They also managed to be polite, and trudge on with allbeit forced smiles. I prefer my food to be cooked when I order it vs sitting in the holding bins. Best fast food spicy chicken sandwich with bacon Ive had! Bigger than the bun filet! Fresh lettuce and tomatoes!
This crew needs to be recognized for holding it together at this time because its hard to deal with that type of situation where everything seems to be going wrong, and customers are visibly and audibly annoyed for having to wait a bit longer, but still churning out FRESH...
