We popped in here on our last night at Kalahari. I got to say it impressed me. Based on the “concession” quality food in the water park my bar was low.
First off the service: The bartender/ server was AWESOME! Very attentive and patient. Made sure we had everything we needed. He did make a little mistake with our queso but he admitted it and made it RIGHT! I don’t expect anyone to be perfect, it meant something that he owned it and fixed it.
The food: it reminded me more of texmex than Mexican… which is fine. I got the chicken chimichanga. It was a HUGE portion. Very good. I didn’t even finish my rice or beans. Wife got the quesadilla birria it was solid. Kids meals were a little pricey for $12 but it came with 2 tacos!

We're staying at Kalahari for my daughter's birthday and have had some major mixups with our room reservations so they gave us food vouchers.
