Casey's — Restaurant in Hutchinson

I truly enjoy coming into Casey’s. The team is always friendly and welcoming, and the store itself is consistently clean and organized. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a positive atmosphere, and that makes every visit a pleasant experience.

One of my favorite things about Casey’s is the soft serve ice cream. I find myself stopping in almost daily for a cone, and I even make a point to seek out Casey’s locations during road trips specifically because of this treat.

However, I’ve encountered a recurring issue that I hope can be addressed. There have been multiple occasions where the soft serve machine is either unavailable or not in use—not due to malfunction, but seemingly due to a lack of priority. At times, staff appeared unsure how to operate it or whether they had the supplies to make it, and rather than resolving it, the option was just left unavailable. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when it’s a highlight of the visit.

I know I’m not the only one who chooses Casey’s for this unique offering. While it may seem like a small detail, having soft serve consistently available matters to many customers and can truly make someone’s day. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended—with appreciation for what Casey’s does well, and encouragement to follow through on the things that keep loyal customers coming back.

I'm not one to usually complain, but we bought a single topping breakfast pizza-half sausage and half bacon-and Stephanie (the cashier) charged us for a 2 topping pizza. I kindly explained to her that it was a split one topping and she argued and charged me for the 2 topping. I used to manage for Caseys General Stores, and so i knew she was incorrect, but the attitude she gave me took away my want to argue it further. I'm disappointed. I have not had this trouble at the Glencoe Casey's. I guess we will make the trip to Glencoe for pizza...

I stop here before work all the time, at least twice a week at around 10:45 am -11:00 for lunch specifically for pizza slices and recently you don’t have any ready. It wastes my time since I have to stop in there just for that and have to turn around and go somewhere else which has made me late for work once or twice too. I’m not wasting my time anymore and won’t be back. Lost a good customer since I filled up my fuel there all the time too because...
