Five Guys — Restaurant in Hybla Valley

Five guys is no longer the cheap fast burger joint anymore. With cheeseburger close to ten dollars or more (w/bacon), I'd rather spend a few bucks more and get a gourmet burger. That is a general feedback for five guys. Now about this location - service here is slow. We have been here a couple times and each time the service was slow. I can understand if the place is crowded but if it isn't busy it should take longer than 10-12 mins to get me a burger. I was there a week ago around 7 pm, with my family, and received my order in twenty plus minutes even though place was not crowded. There were at least five members in the kitchen area and there was no coordination among the teams. Our (cooked) burgers were just sitting on the table waiting for fries. Grilling burgers doesn't take that long especially when they (five guys) flatten the patty. Frying fries should be non stop or at least be started same time. Overall delivering the burgers should not take more than 10-12 mins for a fast-food place. I used to like five guys for the price-value satisfaction and take family for an affordable meal. Now that burgers are over ten dollars, and service is slow, I will think twice about just dropping...

UPDATED 1.29.22 The new speaker /microphone where you place orders is outstanding. Issac (took my order) he as well as the other team members are committed to carrying on a life long tradition of offering the best burgers and friendly service. Ordered a 4 burger beast with all the fixing , including the kitchen sink and he obliged with a positively uplifting attitude! Hope Pancho can handle the kitchen sink Issac , lol. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger (all the way) with a sweet tea. Ummm 🤔 it was ok. It was very expensive. The tea did not taste good. It tasted like public tap water with a dash of tea to flavor it and a bit of sugar. The burger was okay. Nothing to brag about considering the price. I would rather cook this at home instead of pay $15 for a burger and drink. I was away from home and I was treated lunch by my husband. Just something quick to eat. I just wasn’t impressed. No shade.
