On Friday 02/01/2019 I went over to this location for a online order pick up. The confirmation email said it was going to be ready by 6:45pm so because I already knew this location takes longer to have your food ready I gave it 15 extra minutes. At 7:00pm when I got there the order was not ready and it was nowhere to be found. I waited because the cashier was on the phone taking a food order, so I was ok she’s busy doing her job. When she was done she asked me what could she help me with, and I said I have an online order, she asked for the name and I gave it to her. She checked twice and said there was no order done under that name, I said that’s not possible I have my confirmation email right here.. so I asked for the address just to make sure I had not made a mistake and it was the same as the location I was in. So the. The cashier went over and called this lady, a really rude lady wearing a red shirt that day. She went and checked the system and said there’s no order for you here, again I said that’s not possible.. so she went ahead and called someone on her cellphone and asked that person what to do, and I guess the person on the phone said.. if is not there is not there... ok so when she finished talking on the phone she checked again and said nope! There’s nothing.. so then the cashier checked a different computer and BAM! There was my order, so that lady said to the cashier “ what would I do with out you” and walked away... so then the lady that prepares the food went right away to prepare my order (jacky Flores) really nice lady!! She was really courteous and sweet. I asked for her managers name and she said his name was Milton, of course he wasn’t there. So then the rude lady in charge was ordering ppl around to get started and close for the day. My thing here is that we all make mistakes but it wouldn’t hurt ppl to have some manners and apologize for the inconvenience but nope that lady never stopped and said I’m sorry... NOTHING! she just went on with her day, but maybe is not even her with the problem it’s probably her manager for not training them properly on how to use their system and teaching them to be courteous to customers because at the end of the day they get paid because of us CUSTOMERS!!! All I’m asking is for management to send them back to training or hire someone that is willingly trying to help their...

It’s sad that this Hispanic restaurant has staff that treat those who only speak Spanish so rudely, but when people from another race comes they immediately put smiles on their faces and treat them with the greatest care. Another thing that has really bothered me is how the women who work there treat customers that are also females, like them, with disrespect and do things begrudgedly. But, when they attend men it’s like their lives just got better because they treat the men like their life depends on it.
