Worst customer service. Very Unprofessional mgmt., which is why the associates have no respect for customers as well. I went for a quick run last night. Going to the beach over the weekend, I saw some beach towels. Decided to get 3 of them, BIG SIGN reads $5.77, I attempted to purchase 1 for myself the other two which happen to be Nationals towels for my son's.
$150 later, minus the towels, they ring up $11.97, now I let the associate know. CSM Cathy states can't be right , so we both walk back and where they are located $5.77 BIG SIGN , and there are at least 8 more National towels on the rack with the other beach towels. So she immediately takes the ones that are on the rack, I guess to let someone know back there they are not the price. Meanwhile, my purchase is in limbo up front holding up the register, she comes back to state, I can only price override one of the two towels. Well, lady I have two sons not one? Really? So I ask to speak to the mgr, she says ok. Walks over to the Customer Service area.
So another associate walks up to me and says Maam, can you walk over o customer service he's counting money?? I'm like ok, I walk over, he's doing what he's doing ....paying no attention to me. Looks at me, and says we can ONLY override one. Again, while I understand they were clearly not in the right place, first of all why not honor it?? The sign was there and a big one at that. Not one , not two but a whole handful of them on the rack. But not even the point had two associates to basically give off sarcasim, as if I was the one being ridiculous! One says Maam, they were in the wrong place , and we can override only one of them, I'm like, I don't think it's right for a customer to have to pay for what is clearly the store issue of being so disorganized, he laughs and says yeah, I know you don't , but we can only override one.
So pretty much the Asst Mgr Raheem very disconnected, and just rude, off the top from me speaking to him, his demeanor and body language turned me off. No smile, like he was doing me favor. I let him know , I'd be calling corporate, surely he's heard that a 1000 times and was pretty comfortable , saying ok, as in, I don't care!
I asked him for the store mgr's name he said Charlie, I said what's his last name ? He says Maam , he's the store mgr, when you call up here just ask for him. WOW is all I can say, I was so livid, and mind you, the associate ringing me up is still waiting for me to pay, I told him I don't want anything and left the store. For me you don't know how to treat me as a customer you don't get my hard earned money!!!! I will take my $150 to target, right to target and keep it moving.
Fast forward this morning , (next day) Called 6:30am , they open 6 am , phone is just ringing, and ringing. Goes to an automated line, dead air, and I eventually can hear that someone picks up the line because I hear people talking, but who ever it is, keeps hanging up, and it's happen a total of 3x already!!! Unbelievable!!! I don't understand why people that are supposed to be working in customer service can be so rude and how they keep jobs! These people are unbelievable! But the apple doesn't fall to far from the tree because is an if a mgr thinks it's ok, to carry on like this why wouldn't the associate?!! ABSOLUTELY horrible!!!
I will still call corporate, because it's the principle. But I vow to my son, I will not be...

I simply just canāt leave this review without shouting out a few of my favorite people (staff members). Supervisor Ms. Ann is hands down simply AMAZING!!! From her welcoming personality on down to that contagious smile of hers, I just love coming in to see her and what new braided ponytail hairstyle that she may be rocking (yessss she has long beautiful hair, my GOD, please give me some)!!! I love you Ms. Ann, shush donāt tell anyone but half of the time I simply come into the store just to see that lovely smile of yours. You truly make my day.!!!!!!š¤š„°
I also want to shout out Team lead David with the dread locks in his hair. Super friendly, ALWAYS willing to assist both me and my husband while we are shopping. He makes the trip to this location worth coming back to over and over again. Itās great coming to a store where you are recognized as a customer and presented with a smile even after having routine bloodwork and feeling sore. I was not looking to smile while shopping for soup but David found a way. Thank you graciously. Thanks David for always making our trip to Walmart a true pleasurable experience.
I also want to shout out the self check out team (older guy, bald head, super welcoming smile, lovely (African) lady who is beyond a blessing and always willing to assist me who has the warmest heart ever. I simply love you guys.
Lastly, I just can not forget Afgan(older short guy at the exit door) he is such a true gem! Lasting impressions are the ones that also keep you coming back time and time again and there has never been a time that I have exited this store that he didnāt check my receipt but also greeted me as well as informed me to have a great day with a huge smile on his face.

After calling the pickup number multiple times, going to a voicemail inbox that had āhad not been setup yetā and unable to leave a message, I finally got through.
Once the associate finally came out, we only received 3 of the 5 items. Rather than the curbside person going back inside to sort out the issue (as Best Buy does if they have a discrepancy), the associate said I had to follow her back into the store to ātalk to her managerā. I was told there is only one manager and the manager wonāt come outside, I had to go INSIDE to get their error rectified.
Once inside, we learned that the associate had cut the tape that was bundled around all 5 items. Even the supervisor asked why she did that.
We then pointed out the irony of having to go into the store to get our full curbside service. She responded that I wouldāve had to go inside anyway, to provide the order number againāeven though it was fine to take it over the phone when we first arrived. I also pointed out that she couldāve written it down, to which I was told āI donāt have no penā. Wow, customer service at its finest.
Now we know why the item was sold out at every other store in the region, except hereānobody wants to come here. (We absolutely would have had the items shipped, but this item was not available for delivery or shipping.) This place has a bad vibe as soon as you pull up. Going inside was a miserable experience and the exact opposite of what we expected ācurbsideā to be. Barely any social distancing going on at all. The whole point of curbside is to prevent the spread of covid, not just to say you have curbside and appear as if you are doing it.
We should never have been made to go inside to rectify her error. This associate is too inexperienced to be handling curbside service. We drive 30 minutes to this location. This was our firstāand will be...
