Although the food is very delicious I do feel as if the wait staff is a bit to busy to attend to the seated customers. since they are getting take out orders non stop whichis a good thing to have. Feel in love with this spot ever since they opened. It's a small restaurant and can get busy fast especially on weekends. This place has fresh homemade gorditas which you can tell is different from other restaurants. There red salsa is my favorite salsa ever...wish they would sell it separately for those like myself addicted to it. The gorditas offer various selections from vegetarian to meat and having that option for both is fantastic. It's CASH ONLY. They took 25 minutes to prepare a Gordita and a taco. They don't have Al Pastor, they don't have stewed pork, they don't have Barbacoa except on weekends. They only use cilantro and onions on their tacos and won't put lettuce and tomato on them. This place is a dump. The food is very mediocre. The Gordita came with nothing on it.
