The African American Lady( No Name Needed) She knows Who She Are She Answer The Phone Take The Orders And Customers Payment In There Is Very Rude It Seems She Can't Figure How To Separate The Two At Home Behavior & At The Work Place PROFESSIONALISM. She Hangs Up In Customers Face I Ordered 2 Dinner Combos + 2 Extra PC Catfish Fillet For Pickup I Was Awaiting My Total She Didn't Cb I Called Back She Was Rude As Always She Was Like Girllll If U Call Here 1 One More Time, If I Could Give 0 Stars I Would Because I Was Still So Disturbed Of Her Hanging Up In My Face 1 Too Many Times I Was Moved And Not In A Good Way . So She Then Goes To Say 61$ And I Was Picking Up My Order No Way That's My Price She Always Have A Story She Like Jjs Went Up On All They Meat I'm Not Paying 61$ For 2 Dinner Combos Soo I Cancelled My Order She Say Ok Bye Hangup Again Very UNPROFESSIONAL

I ordered a small order of chicken gizzards, I was on lunch and didn’t have much time. The store was deserted at 2:00pm. RED FLAG!!! Anyway, the food was totally disgusting and not fit for human consumption. I waited in my car, parked right in FRONT of the building while my order was being “Cooked”. After about 15 minutes I reentered and retrieved my order. My fries were not hot and they were saturated in grease. The chicken gizzards were refried. Meaning, they were precooked and dropped back into the grease when I placed my order. I was already gone before realizing this fact. Even more surprisingly, the cole slaw was old and distasteful. They really need to be inspected. Please, spend your hard earned money with someone who respects you and appreciates...

He Then Grabs The Trey As If He Was Gonna Re drop The same Blooody Chicken I just bit .. I explain to him i'll prefer a fresh order he tell me no takes the food and says he just gone give me a refund And It was The last of My Money So Now I Don't Have Anything To Eat U til My Refund Is Issued Back To My Debit Card .
