This is how often I go to this location, I know some names. Sadly I know exactly who the store manager is but I don't know her name. But I do know the name of the young guy Hassan. Everytime he's on the bar, he moves slow and messes up drinks. Another time I went in and my drink was completed but he walked away from it, and then came back to put a lid on it and placed it in the mobile orders section. I know some of the folks know my name because I'm there regularly. Also the lady with locks and tattoos, she has the skeleton tattoos on her hands she's ALWAYS irritable and she gets drinks wrong too. Another time I heard her telling a customer that they were asking for five different drinks and that they needed to make a choice. I don't understand what's wrong with these new Starbucks barista partners but Starbucks has always been a customize your drink type of place. And the customer is paying for all of the customizations. Which brings me to today I ordered my everyday drink for this season, which is the lavender oat milk latte with a customization, lavender cream cold foam. Well the initial drink was wrong because it was made with cherry flavor and my second "remade" drink didn't have the lavender cream cold foam on it. That's frustrating when you expect to get what you paid for and you don't. If they ran out of it then I should have been offered another drink or my PREFERENCE a refund. Read moreSo many things to name with this place, idk where to start. This was my first and last time here. The parking here is atrocious! The drive thru line was long so you couldn't park in the lot designated to Starbucks. It goes right through the spaces where you're supposed to park! However, I was craving Starbucks something serious so I circled the block a couple of times for a park and found an alleyway/parking lot and decided to go for it. I went in and all of the customers were standing around so I didn't know where the line started. No problem, asked a few people were they waiting and they were nice enough to show me where the line SHOULD start. Get up to the counter annnnnnd nothing. There are people there but no one is taking MY order. They're walking back and forth, and I hear drive thru orders being taken but they're looking at me and going right on. I wait a couple of minutes because the drive thru line was really long. Long enough to spill out onto Stony, a busy main street. After a few more minutes, I say hello because maybe I'm invisible and that'll help them acknowledge me. I went through too much for this coffee and I'm getting it lol. Two more minutes and a young lady comes and says, "Can I help you?" like I offended her for standing there. I ordered my coffee and used my birthday reward to pay/scan for it in the app. I didn't tell the barista I chose that option (because I thought choosing it in the app was enough, my mistake) and she wasn't the happiest at all! I order the same drink EVERYDAY at the South Holland location I have issues with the price it’s a different price EVERYDAY. I was in the city and stopped by Stoney Island same drink Venti Cold brew SF Vanilla heavy whipping cream caramel drizzle- look up the drink- I buy it everyday. Today I have a 3rd person with me and buying them the drink total $20.82 for 3 cups of milk. I tried to not go back n just keep the drink but it just wasn’t right. After over explaining this to the manager she gives me a cup of what’s supposed to be cold brew to fix the 3 drinks she’d originally told me she can only re-fix 1 of them. I’m like huh??? All 3 are the same drink- so I take the coffee from her and pour some in each. The whole problem is- I ordered COLD BREW- and what was given to me wrongly was Iced coffee. Look I get it… maybe you ran out- but don’t play me crazy when I order the same drink EVERYDAY. Do an audit on the drink you will find I purchase 2 daily from the South Holland location.
