Gave me an uncooked pizza and didnt want to refund me. They also told me I should’ve kept the pizza and brought it back to swap for another pizza as if I want to take the risk of getting another pizza that’s uncooked with raw bacon on top. The manager says “it happens all the time” and maybe I’m not the smartest, but that shouldn’t happen at all. Will NEVER order from here again, they’ve fell off extremely the past year. I thought I was tripping but I’ve noticed this hasn’t been the first bogus pizza as of the past 2-3 months that I’ve ordered from them. Order at your own risk

Not a good day for them. Pizza dry overcooked and cold. Waited 10 minutes to pickup 20min past the hr time quoted. With 3 ppl only there to pick up the cashier guy was unorganized No Free Liter offered like they've done forever. Get it together.

I purchased an Extra large ground beef and half jalapeno pizza yesterday for dinner. We had a long day and we were hungry. We usually get our pizzas from Italian Fiesta but because we needed an extra-large Margarita's was suggested. When I opened the pizza we were completely disappointed, the amount of ground beef on the pizza was about the amount that would literally go on a medium pizza, the jalapenos were equally as spars. I also ordered garlic bread that was just as disappointing, the garlic bread was smaller than 6 inches and it was only one piece not the top and bottom and it cost 3.00. We decided to just eat the pizza we were hungry, and it was paid for. as I ate the pizza I got angry because this shouldn't happen so I called to express my complaint, but the employee was rude and could care less what I had to say if I didn't take a picture, which I didn't think to do since we decided to eat the pizza, but I wanted to tell them what I received for 32.00. I asked for a manager, was told to call back today I did, and she was just as rude and uninterested in the quality of the product since there was no picture. From the attitude of the ppl that I spoke with I don't believe that if I had taken a pic anything would have been done to correct the order. I believe the pic is the first line of defense then there would have been another excuse for charging for an extra-large but putting on topping for a medium pizza. These people should be ashamed of themselves robbing their customers that voluntarily patronize their establishment. Also, the "Manager" said that they weigh the meat, which is what they Should do, but if you weighed the meat then you know the amount of meat you are putting on the pizza, that's why I know the pic would not have made any difference especially when you are selling a small piece of garlic bread for $3, you're just ripping people off. You won't get any more of my money. I used to buy from the one on 79th street but I don't live east anymore. We have to stop allowing ppl to come into our neighborhoods and take advantage of us and still shop with them, no, if you're not going to treat us right go to your own neighborhood. Of course, she wasn't providing any contact for the owner, but God sees all of you guys'...

ORDERED A $45 PIZZA TODAY AT 8:01 PM. A FAMILY SIZE, EXTRA SAUSAGE, BELL PEPPERS, ONIONS & JALAPENOS. I WAS HOSTING A FEW FRIENDS FROM MILWAUKEE. I HAD BEEN BRAGGING TO THEM HOW GREAT THIS PIZZA IS. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE AN HOUR FOR DELIVERY. THE DELIVERY PERSON CALLED ME AT 9:30 TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS ON HIS WAY. WE NEVER RECEIVED THE PIZZA. I CALLED BACK TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE STATUS. I WAS TOLD THAT THE DELIVERY PERSON EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT HE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND NO ONE CAME OUT TO PAY FOR IT. THIS WAS SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH. THE YOUNG LADY ASKED DID I STILL WANT THE PIZZA. I TOLD HER YES DUE TO THE CIRCUMSTANCES. I HAD TO DO ANOTHER FOLLOW-UP CALL ALMOST ANOTHER HOUR LATER. I WAS FINALLY CONNECTED WITH SOMEONE AFTER BEING HUNG UP ON TWICE. THE PROBLEMS WAS NEVER SOLVED. I CALLED BACK AGAIN AT 11:30 ONLY TO BE PLACED ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IT'S NOW 12:25 AM & STILL NO PIZZA. I'VE BEEN A LOYAL PATRON OF THIS PLACE EVER SINCE I WAS INTRODUCED TO IT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. I COME FROM A FIELD OF SERVICE. I NO WHAT'S REQUIRED ON A FUNDAMENTAL LEVEL TO PROVIDE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS CLEARLY BELOW STANDARD.I ALSO KNOW HOW DAMAGING "WORD OF MOUTH" CAN BE TO A BUSINESS. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF SERVICE. IT'S VERY SAD TO THINK THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS BEING PROVIDED BY A BUSINESS WHEN ALL BUSINESSES ARE TRYING TO REBUILD A STRONG CUSTOMER BASE AFTER COMING OUT OF A PANDEMIC. I HOPE YOU GUYS CAN IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM & CORRECT IT BEFORE YOU ALL LOSE MORE LOYAL CUSTOMERS...

If there was a minus 5 star rating, that's what would be given for my rude, ignorant and incompetent experience today. I ordered a medium pizza as a treat for a co-worker for delivery at 11:30 today with a promised delivery time of within an hour.

I paid over the phone with my debit card, which was initially declined.....(no way should have been) after a 2nd attempt .....VIOLA! Got busy and checked with security desk of my office at 1:30 and was told no one had been here. This office and security staff order frequently and have no problem receiving food, mail, etc.

I call to inquire the whereabouts of my pizza and the person argued, over-talked, and blamed me for giving them the wrong phone number, saying the pizza was delivered, but no one answered the phone. Huh??? Do I not know my phone number? Is it possible that you wrote it incorrectly as you did when entering my debit card info? Did I give you the wrong address too? Did anyone come to the door? I tell him that I don't want a cold pizza or a refund. "We have a no refund policy"? Huh-again!!!

I need to speak to the manager. "I am the manager" A bit of unpleasant descriptives fly out of my mouth, followed by my threat to have the news media onsite. He relents and takes my debit card info (repeats it WRONG 2 times) to refund me, with the notice that it will take 2-3 business days. Wish me luck, but I WILL BE LOOKING FOR MY REFUND!

And lastly, this conversation included several times of the manager wanna-be/imposter (or could actually be! 0 what a shame)...
