No!!! Just left having to demand a refund due to the saltiness of the pizza. After receiving the pizza and realizing the awful taste, I called the restaurant to report the problem, it took 10 minutes for someone to answer the call. I requested to speak to the manager, his name was "Luther". After another 8 minutes he came to the phone, I reported the reason for the call, " the pizza sauce is very salty, I stated. I've had your pizza in the past and this has never been the case. I thought you would want to know. This pizza is too salty we simple cannot eat it." He asked for my address, the cost if thr pizza ( $29.15) told me to hold on and 30 minutes later, he still hadn't returned! With my husband on one phone and me on another, we continued to call all the while the phone either rang or busy!. When we FINALLY got through to someone, she seems as shocked as we were that Luther had not returned to the call. She tries to get him to the phone , instead he yells in the background, " what we gone do? All same sauce is on every pizza!!! So after nearly 55 minutes of trying to get a resolution, I had no choice, but to get in the car , take the pizza back and demand a refund. When I arrived at the restaurant, there behind iron bars with a slit hole big enough to slide pizza boxes through was Luther, he was rude, nasty, and just plain arrogant. There were orher customers waiting and complaining that he and the staff are ALWAYS rude and disrespectful. But none of that was a match for a tired, hungry and frustrated woman who had worked a 9 hour day and had come home to take care of a spouse's post operation issues! He gave me my money back! So the hole in the wall gets zero stars ...
Read moreI ordered from them this afternoon around 12. When I ordered, they informed me that their debit/credit machine was down and it was cash only. I placed the order anyway, and when I finished my meeting (I work near this restaurant), I attempted to find a "safe" ATM to withdraw money from. After stopping at two places that did not have an ATM, I finally landed at the Family Dollar across the street. When I went into the restaurant, I jokingly told the gentleman at the window that it was tough to find an ATM around the restaurant. He pointed to the wall and stated, "We have one here." We both laughed and I stated, "When you're on the phone and say Cash Only, you should also tell them that you have an ATM within the restaurant." He agreed and then proceeded to tell the woman who takes the orders, "Hey, she said..." Before he could finish, she stated very bluntly and without even looking at me, "I said Cash only."
The gentleman retrieved my food from the back of the restaurant and returned to the window. I expressed to him, "That's interaction that just occurred is the reason I will not be back." The gentleman kept repeating (and talking over me), "Have a nice day." It was very condescending and he had a mocking intonation.
Due to this poor customer service, I WILL NOT be returning and a few of my co-workers have stated that they have received poor service before as well. Once again, when trying to help a business improve their customer service, please take it as valuable information instead of a personal assault.
