McDonald's — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Horrific experience. Double drive thru filled all the way around the building. I went inside two people in there I tried to use the computers couldn't I stood by register for over 20 minutes before one of the ladies came up to ring us out there was six of us up there waiting to be run out when I asked her for help she told us to use the computer ourselves in order our food. I told her I couldn't figure it out and the other people behind me also were in there sixties and they couldn't figure it out or didn't want to use it finally after me asking her for help Serena's out she said you're going to have to wait I've got to take care of this over here there's only us here right now there was five people for the drive-thru but she was covering the front register she said I finally said something you were again and she came up and ring me out walk away customer behind me didn't say nothing to either we had to say something to her again and she did not come up there for another 5 minutes to ring out the next person behind me kept on doing that to everybody I told her I was going to call corporate she said okay we do not have enough bodies I understand McDonald's Corporation makes it sure that the drive-thru is under so much time per customer you guys time them they don't get that customer out a certain point of time they get in trouble and that's what their concerned about and this is not a one-time problem for my understanding I know a few people that work with food delivery service companies when they go to pick up the food for the customer there's no body up there and they will sit there sometimes for 5 minutes before somebody will even announce them. Either they're not doing their job correct or McDonald's you guys need to get them more bodies or you're going to start losing a lot more of the customers bodies coming in there. You need to spend money. Also I ordered my food with a large fry I got it and when I checked it at home no lie it was less than halfway full so much that I was able to stick a sandwich Inside the Box of fries and it's still been fill the Box. I will attach some photos. Very disappointed. It cost me more money to go to McDonald's these days and I could have went and bought a prime rib from the store it cost over $10 a person minimum. As a delivery driver I am custom II major fast-food restaurants having exaggerated wait times at night. However this one took the cake. I was in line for a solid hour and 2 minutes. McDonald's houses when you get to the place to order you give them the ticket number which I did. The young lady told me to continue in line. Some 25 minutes later when I get to the window she informs me that they had already given that order to someone else. She informs her manager, a petite woman with bright gold hair, who rather unprofessionally states that they are not going to fulfill that order because it's gone already. My primary issue is the lack of professionalism from that manager. I have no problem with calling the company and canceling the order because it's not there. However she has to rant and Rave about it cuz if I was making it up personal harassment on her life when all she could say was we don't have it like the young lady who took the order said. On Friday December 13th, how ironic…. I caught food poisoning for the first time ever in my life!!! It’s Monday December 23rd and I low key still feel a little residual from what I had!! And crazy part about all of this, a coworker of my mines said she caught food poisoning from the same location eating from a chicken sandwich!!!

I ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets with bbq sauce, buffalo sauce and honey mustard, large fries and HiC orange drink approximately around 4:15pm. Later that night around 12:45 midnight, I started throwing up and pooping at the same time!!

I was throwing up so bad, a little blood came up too!!

That Saturday December 14th, I had all the after effects of food poisoning! Flu-like symptoms, chills, body ache! I could barely move!!

By the following Friday December 20th, is when I felt as close to one hundred percent, maybe 88-93%!!

And to be perfectly honest, today Monday December 23rd, I think I still feel a mild stomach upset from the food poisoning!
