This has to be the worst Sharks on the southside! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! To begin, the wings are awful! I've never seen wings this tiny! Are these the little toy wings that go in the Pollypocket?? They're smaller than drummets/party wings. The grease they were fried in was old and burnt, which gave the wings a disgusting taste. The chicken was also dirty. The blood from the veins was everywhere, making the insides black. I also asked multiple times for extra lemon pepper; they barely put any lemon pepper. The fries tasted like they were saturated/soaked in grease. They were soggy and sponge-like. Once I got home and realized what had been served, I called to complain. The woman who took the order answered the phone, and of course, she was childish and immature with no resolution to offer. Typical hood behavior. I asked, "Why would you sell these little wings?" She said, "We gave you extra." Nah, you should have told me before I paid my money that you'd need 5 of these wings to even equal 1 regular chicken wing! You don't usually have to wait its been cooked before your eyes its not great but its good. Suddenly they decided to expand the menu and start delivering. Now its about 50/50 if they answer the phone but now they think they should deliver. My order was wrong. I ordered the combo special which you pick your items. They replaced my wings with catfish - since I don't eat catfish it was a pretty big deal. Also my fries were over cooked. Now in years of coming here this had not happened so I assume the changes are the issue. How can I trust that my scallops will be right if you can't manage your standbys.I was very disappointed and if it was not a Friday after a really long hard week I would have returned for my money. Read moreTHE OWNER HAS RAISED THE PRICES BY OVER 20%. There was a sign on the window to inform customers of a 10% increase. When I noticed I was charged $10.99 for something that was supposedly $8.99 plus 10%, I approached "Red" who tried talking in circles. After a 5 minute arguement with him insulting my intelligence , he gave me my $1.00 back. He also called me small for even questioning him, and requesting MY dollar back. It is the business owner/manager responsibility to inform customers of what they will be paying for a service. Bottom line...watch them.
