Very discriminative to the disabled. Very rude and disrespectful customer service. They refused to remake/refund an order the wrote down wrong and blamed me for being a mute. I tried to communicate in several ways prior to the young lady refusing to service me due to having to read my lips. I never felt so hurt and embarrassed and bullied before like I did before trying to order a catfish fillet meal. They gave me a catfish meal instead. I have a tumor in my throat and is unable to eat bone in fish due to risk. They tried to force me to accept an order I cannot even eat. I didn't even get a chance to order food from this location because the lady with the braids at the counter had such a horrible attitude.

I stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting for either girl or the cook to come take the order. The cook looked at me and turned back around. He didn't tell the lady to come from the back. The lady was in the back washing a bin when she turned around looked at me standing there, and picked up another bin to wash.
