This place needs help. Got a grilled cheese and when my son opened it the wrapper was black and greasey. Nastiest tater tots I've ever had. You could tell the grease hadn't been changed the whole weekend and it was a Tuesday. Ordered 3 wacky packs and only got 2 toys so the fight was on. I've even applied for a job so I could help the business thrive because I can run a Sonic on my sleep but guess I'm not young enough. If there's only kids running a business then you're gonna get kid results ..most younger people just want a check and could care less about the he business and it's shows...what happened to the fundamentals of Sonic...what happened to hi my name is so and so, you have so and so and ur total is such and such...not here's ur tea...I have spoken to several people that complains about the same issues...it's the only one in town. Why not try to make it great?,.................so a few months later I give them another chance and they shorted me 7 fries and 2 burgers...for one don't send two kids out to fix my problem...you are suppose to make sure the customer is satisfied when they leave not mad as hell. It's not my fault you didn't take my order correctly. It is not my fault my order is messed up but you want me to pay 15 additional to the 21 I just paid when u should've gotten that stuff right the first time. Read moreWhile working near Valliant we were passing through at lunch time and at the last minute decided to stop at Sonic. When we decided we just missed the entrance and instead of driving down the highway further looking for a turn around I decided to turn into the exit as there were no vehicles moving at the Sonic and they were not very busy. I pulled in and drive to the back where there was a truck exit so I could turn around the correct direction and park. While turning around the manager walked up to my vehicle stopping me from parking in order to tell me that I just came in through the exit and how that was wrong. She asked me if I saw the truck entrance, I was in a van pulling a small trailer, and that I should have used it. I explained to her I was aware I entered in the wrong side because it was a last minute decision and there was no traffic. She explained to me that I again was in the wrong and that caused a liability for her. After being chased down in the parking lot and then chastised from the manager for such a non issue I decided to take my business elsewhere and told her such. She seemed as if she could care less. What kind of business stops the their customers in the parking lot to berate them for going the wrong way in a parking lot with no other moving vehicles and like only 4 other customers? I didn't get the chance to pay them for their mediocre fast food. But I will never stop here again while working...
Read moreI gave them 2 starts because the food isn’t awful. When you get your order right, it’s not bad. However, I only get my order quickly and correct once every 10 times we go. This last time really sent me to do this review unfortunately. I ordered at 7:17, placed an order with a burger, a coney, and a couple ice creams. We got to sonic around 7:25, checked in with my friend who also ordered, and waited. My friend got her order promptly, we asked the bellhop for a drink carrier and told her she could bring it when my order came out to save her a trip. We waited until 7:50 to ask where my order was again because they were busy. The person on the speaker said I never checked in. When we finally got my order, one ice cream was melted, one was missing, and we asked for the melted ice cream to be remade and my ice cream to be brought out. We waited another 15 minutes before we finally drove up to the window. I got my ice creams at 8:15, and they were still wrong. I just took the wrong order at that point because my friends ice creams were melting and my food was cold. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time something like this...
