I honestly loved ordering Pizza Hut from time to time. The experience use to be on point. However, the issues have piled, starting with the ordering app. I think there was an update of some sort sometime last year.
For a long time drinks could not be ordered through the website for some strange reason. You had to call the store to add drinks.
Delivery times vary so much and I honestly assume it's due to employee turnovers. Sometimes the timeline is communicated well, but primarily, it's a surprise.
You pay for extra toppings, but when you get the pizza, it looks basic. Nothing extra about it. Which doesn't make sense if I paid for extra toppings. Also, I received a pizza recently that had mini pepperoni on it, versus the usual size. I had paid extra for more pepperoni. It's one thing to skip the request, leaving me with the basic quantity. Do you know how ridiculous the pizza looks when mini pepperoni are used instead. It looked like a cheese pizza with a few spots of pepperoni and undercooked. I called to speak with someone, but since I had called a few seconds before due to missing an item (explained below), I guess that is why I was ignored.
The app includes items that are no longer available. So when you receive your order and call the store asking about the missing item, being told "the item doesn't exist anymore" just burns you up inside when a phone call explaining the issue could give an opportunity for an option to choose another item. Nope, I called and the lady explained that they don't carry the item anymore, then asked if I wanted my money back. What makes it worse is my husband asked the driver about the missing item and the driver just walked away and didn't respond further. Why is it on the app if it's not made anymore??? I would rather have more drink options.
I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I also do not like to feel cheated. I don't know what's happened to this location.......but something has to give. Too bad I have to fall back and stop giving my money.

I completely put this on the higher up To put that pressure on the employees to have to charge this is RIDICULOUS How ever I also put that blame on the management & employees for actually following thru I can understand $.25 cents maybe even $.50 cents BUT NEARLY $1 EACH, WHEN my ORDER HAD bread sticks (2) and cheese sticks - which was only enuf sauce for BARLEY 3 out of the 10 break sticks … but for the employee and management to actually follow thru w not giving me sauce w my ORDER THAT HAD BREAD IN IT 🤦🏻♀️ I get “u can’t give “SAUCE” (freaking sauce) to everyone BUT AT LEAST TO THOSE WHO ORDER bread to go w SAUCE! Plus we tipped Wish we cld take our tip back! & Use that tip to pay for the sauces instead! I mean we already invested $30 for our meal!! Greedy!

We ordered online and it said 15 minutes. Sweet. 15 minutes later, we get there and the food was coming out, great. My father in law loves to socialize and we overlooked the entire order. We assumed we were given everything we paid for, as anyone would.
We get all the way home, and realized they forgot our double order of quepapas. So we drive all the way back and told them what they forget. They put a single order of quepapas with no ranch in front of us and we had to remind them that we got a double order. The girl went to put in the other half of our quepapas while the first half of them sat on the counter, getting cold. She said it'd take 3 minutes, it took 10.
My father in law joked that we should get cookies or something for the inconvenience of having to drive to this location twice and wait a long time for our order while everything we initially got sat at home getting cold. The girl just gave him a condescending look.
