Terrible experience that included RAW chicken (picture included) and a sorry excuse for making it right. Four of us went in on a Monday evening to watch the game, have some drinks, and a small bite to eat. We all order appetizers, mine being the Parmesan garlic boneless wings. We had three beers and a mixed drink to start. The food comes out and after I’ve eaten maybe 3 or 4 of the wings I look down and see what is pictured. Completely raw chicken. I was so sick just thinking about it I wanted to throw up. I let our waitress know and she seemed horrified and got the manager. The manager came over looked absolutely disgusted and took the wings back to the kitchen. After maybe 5 or 6 minutes she came back and was very apologetic and let us know what happened. Sometimes they get pre-cooked wings and other times it has to be cooked. The bag supposedly said pre-cooked but had raw wings in it. She’s said our entire tables meals were covered that night and if we needed anything else to just let her know. She was very nice and even though I had already eaten 3 raw chicken wings I thought it was the best she could do and was happy with it. I wouldn’t even be writing this review if that is where it ended. We sat there a while longer and finished the game. We each ordered one more drink and that was it. The. The waitress came and asked if the checks would be split or all on one. We were a little confused that we were getting a check at all. We said split and she brought each of us a check including me!!! They charged us for all of our drinks not just the second round we ordered. I told here after serving raw chicken to me I could believe they would ask for any money from me. She said sorry there was nothing she could do. So turns out they’ll feed to raw chicken and then comp about 24 dollars worth of appetizers. Terrible experience after being told our entire tables meals were on the house. If the drinks weren’t included in that the manager should have specified that from the beginning. I’m sure they’ll respond with some how this being one sided and they don’t need or want my business. Thanks for the...

Read moreNot impressed with service, staff nor food. Don't waste your money nor time. I was with an elderly gentleman...he asked for another drink and the server said " say please first". Obviously, she lacks class; yet demands to receive respect. As I wait on a average of 500-600 passengers daily, I found the customer service to be lacking in timeliness, courtesy, and gratitude. Appeared as if staff have to show up ... not that they enjoyed their choice of employment. I believe the staff would be better suited for factory work, not interfacing with the public. Perhaps it was our age that was not appreciated. But I guarentee our party of 3 could have "made" our server's night had she respected us in the manner she desired us to give to her. Tha sandwich I ordered was skimpy (Philly style sandwich) and the beef was more on the level of dried out jerky. Sparsely garnished with cheese and...
