The ice cream was delicious. Cake batter is on point. The product saved this review from being a 1 star awkward experience. Used the drive thru and was told to order at the window. Head set worked, clear, and menu in front of us. But asked to drive up to tell the girl our order that we could have done through the headset while looking at the menu. It was so odd. Then when we ordered, she had the headset on still and asked us 3 times what we said we wanted. I was so confused. My husband said he wished he had a menu because he would have picked out some donuts for the next day as well. Why have a drive thru, that works, only to not take orders while the person can see all the offerings? And then to leave your headset on like it's difficult to hear us? You told us to order via window, not drive thru. There was no one behind us, so it wasn't an issue of interference. It was honestly the most awkward experience. I think the staff needs basic training. If there was anyone else, the drive thru ordering system that is in place but not being utilized would save them so much time and confusion on top of allowing people to look at all offerings and possibly order...

I came across this place by accident. I was picking up pizza next door to their shop when I saw this little ice cream and donut shop that instantly caught my attention. Its very classy clean and nice inside. Wonderful atmosphere. The staff are all so kind and patient even with someone as indecisive as me. I haven't tried the donuts yet, and I cant wait, but the ice cream...oh my HEAVENS it is SO good!!! I ended up going back to get some ice cream with my son. He got cotton candy, loved it, and I got a half and half. Half Mordor which is a gooey dark chocolate flavor and half banana cream pie and let me tell you I am HOOKED! Best ice cream hands down. Flavors are unique and dont taste artificial and they are just so stinking good! I will be going back to try the donuts and to also get a couple pints of their ice-cream. Also portions are very generous, I was surprised. And also very affordable. They have shakes and sodas and all kinds of goodies that you can mix in with the ice-cream. Its heaven for my sweet tooth. If you haven't been there yet please do yourself a big favor and go...

I visited this donut shop in the morning and was unfortunately disappointed by the lack of attention to food safety and cleanliness. While waiting to be served, I noticed a fly crawling on a tray of donuts inside the display case. We informed the gentleman at the counter, and although he removed the tray, the fly remained inside the case.

In addition, several food items, including donuts on counters and racks, as well as candy in open containers, were left uncovered. While I understand that flies and bugs can occasionally enter when doors are opened, there are preventative steps that could be taken to protect food, such as keeping items covered, using lids for the candy containers, and installing proper doors on display cases.

Cleanliness is a crucial part of any food establishment, and I hope the owners take some steps to improve sanitation and food handling practices. The donuts looked good, but unfortunately, I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything...
