I deliver for a certain food delivery service and last night I got an order for delivery. I arrived and the lobby was closed, which is whatever, but this location seems to never have the order, so I got this very rude female employee attention at the lobby doors just to see if they had the order, so I didn't sit in the extremely long drive thru just to find out once again like usual they don't have it... Before I could even say anything she told me to go to the drive thru... Absolutely do not have a problem with going to the drive-thru all I wanted to know was if this certain person's order was there I tried to explain that to her and she just kept telling me to go through the drive-thru. finally I got her to actually listen to me and it's my door I just wanted to know if the certain persons order was there and then had not been stolen by someone else or just not made she confirmed it was there and then once again set I had to go through the drive through which I did not mind doing when I tried to explain this to her that I didn't mind going to the drive to I just didn't want to have to waste my time if I was just going to be told it wasn't there. She absolutely did not want to hear anything I had to say and told me once again to go through the drive-thru. I wasn't trying to get special privileges by going inside and grabbing the order. She absolutely did not want to listen to my explanation or me trying to tell her I had no problem going to the drive through. A little bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way obviously this employee did not have any and felt like she was obviously better than me and had no time and just was snobby and very unprofessional. She from the very start was very disrespectful and rude. If she just dropped the attitude from the very beginning and listen to me for 2 seconds she would have understood what I was actually asking for and not trying to get special treatment . Her behavior was disgusting. Whoever the manager is needs to teach the employees a little bit of a kindness and respect.    Read moreMANAGEMENT: please respond!! This site has always been my âgo toâ as I love the food & they are close to my home. Until about 6-8 weeks ago, I almost always had good service; the employees were friendly & willing to correct an error if one was made.
I donât know what has happened here but I wonât be going there anymore. 6-8 weeks ago I was in line at the drive thru & as normal, there were lots of people in line. It took awhile as I got closer, I noticed that cars were not stopping at the window to pick up their order. Then I see a sign at the order window saying they were closed until later in the day. Very odd that they didnât have it blocked off at the entrance. I went back several times or drove by and always cars in line, but again they were closed! So frustrating to wait in line only to find out they are closed. Several times there would be a sign with their hours, but rarely were they the same day to day. Last week I went there and happily they were actually open again. I asked if they would be open daily now & was told yes. On Monday, I went there for lunch; there were 2 cars parked in front and 3 cars in drive thru. Then, Once again the cars in front of me did not stop to get their food. As I arrive at the order window, a sign is posted saying they are closed! It was only about Noon and closed, AGAIN! If this site is going out of business the least you can do is block off the drive thru & put up large signs saying closed. This location is typically very, very busy...people donât have time to wait in a long drive thru lane only to find out they are closed with no explanation.

   Read moreOn July 29 I had a terrible experience at this location in which I waited close to 45 minutes for all of my food to be made and things were still missing and incorrect when I got home. I was so frustrated and angry by the time I got home that I filed a complaint with corporate. Corporate very nicely sent me three coupons for five dollars off in the mail. I have the messages from corporate proving that they were sending these to me, and I have the envelope that they came in. My husband went there tonight to redeem one of these coupons on his dinner, and the employees refused to honor the coupon! The manager stated to my husband that a âcorporate representative that was there that dayâ told her that they were not able to honor the coupon....? I know for a fact that thatâs a complete lie. And this little girl was flipping my husband attitude, which made him even more upset. He was literally shaking when he got home because he was so angry! Kids these days donât know the first thing about customer service, and clearly havenât been trained properly if they donât know how to redeem a coupon! Or else she was just lying because she didnât want to deal with it. Either way, this behavior is unacceptable. Corporate has been contacted again, with copies of the receipts from July 29 and from today.
