Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Idaho

Updated Review: This location is our favorite and has made a complete 180. Thank you Papa Murphy's! The hours online say the close at 8 but they actually close at 9. That's annoying. We've been to this location several times since they've opened and it's recently been kind of a crap shoot. Sometimes you wait in the pickup drive thru for forever and maybe it's because people try to order from there. They should, at the very least, be redirected when there's a line in my opinion. The reason for the three star as opposed to a four or five star is because of this last visit. Pizza was great but only one person inside had a mask on that we could see and two people were smacking (playfully - think good looking teenagers flirting) with their gloves on while also making pizza (gloved hands on the body and mouth and lips of someone else that's also handling your food). Thank god we baked this thing. Masks or not, touching each other while making food for someone else is a HUGE health code violation, not to mention that we are in the middle of a pandemic. Not sure if I will go back to this one, even though it's the most convenient by proximity...

Great food but the staff kills me. Everytime it’s something with the younger staff they have in there. Always an issue with something, or always something they “can’t” do. And they rarely have a good customer service attitude. For example today I decided last minute to stop and grab some food. Pull up the “pick up” window and politely ask if I can just order or if I need to go online order it and drive around the building. Let me note that there are ZERO customers at this time. He informed me I would have to come in to order 😑. I understand that it’s a pick up window but know one is thinking about the customer any more. It would have caused no issue for him just to take my order as if he would when I walked in. Needless to say foods great staff is terrible most of the time at...

Have gone here for years with no problem… until recently . Now it is rude high school kids. I was in a hurry with a car full of kids. Tried to get two cheesy breads and a cinnamon wheel and the drive -thru. These are pre-made if you don’t know so no wait time. They rudely told me can’t do that at the drive-thru window. I have done it like that since they opened that location. Worst customer service possible when I got inside . And the ironic part was the main register wasn’t working so they had to run my card at the drive-thru...
