The Human Bean — Restaurant in Idaho

I ordered a Mexican mocha from doordash. After a long day of work I wanted a festive drink to warm me up. My favorite drink, a meximocha. I went to take my first Sip and didn't realize that I would be taking the cinnamon challenge today. I choked on the literal inch thick layer of cinnamon. As comical as it is now I was very upset about 45 mins ago. Whoever made this coffee, I hope your day gets better, and you never have such a rough day To where u knowingly send out a coffee with an inch think layer of straight cinnamon. Also yall forgot to put the little coffee cup lid plug things in so I had no way of telling if my dasher got curious and choked on the cinnamon too. But on a serious note I really did choke pretty bad on the cinnamon, I never thought I'd say this in my life. Buy at that point that much cinnamon is dangerous if the person can't see that there's a quarter cup of it floating on the top. Just and FYI cinnamon doesn't dissolve into liquid, unless it's candies with sugar and re ground down into powder. Just put the cinnamon in the the coffer when u make it. Staff was rude and in a hurry! The girl with two tone hair in the morning was rushing and not paying attention to her customer. I tried to add something to my order and she said I would have to wait until she was done with my drink. I let it go and went on with my day. I went back again and this time an older lady with light brown hair and a beanie, who was loud helped me. She said she was in charge of all the stands. I tried to tell her what had happened previously but she ignored me, kept talking loud, while making my drink and asked if I would like to add a pastry. I was so furious, if this lady is in charge of all the Human Beans they have more issues than they know. She apparently doesn't realize that her competition is around the corner and that is where I will go next time! I don't want any thing from this brand anymore, I just want to point out thier issues. Okay, the workers are nice, and the menu is loaded with a great variety of drinks. My main gripe is that the coffee is almost completely tasteless! When I order a hot drink it tastes like hot water, a cold drink taste like cold water, or there's barely any flavor at all. I'm not sure how they do this or why their coffee/espresso tastes this way. It's just not what I prefer.I like coffee with a lot of flavor and a rich taste, especially in a mocha, or latte.
