My husband & I stopped to grab a burger. While waiting in line we noticed r hey were using a plastic food container to hand people their food purchases. At first we thought, wow that's great! Practicing safe distancing and cross contamination. Boy were we shocked. When we placed our order we were mocked. We placed our order, confirmed our purchases, then heard in a high pitched sarcastic sound "thank you" after we said thank you before driving past the order speaker/menu. When we got to the window we were really shocked!
The young man at the window was not wearing a mask or gloves. He took our debit card, swiped it, then put it in the plastic container that everyone else had touched and put their dirty money in. He never wiped it down, sprayed it, nothing. With bare hands he gave us our drinks & food bag. We said thank you and again we heard the high pitched sarcastic "thank you". Thank goodness we had our own wipes in the truck.
Aside from the horrible customer service our food was not hot, barely warm. Our fries were not even warm and tasted like month old oil that they were cooked in. The burgers we ordered were the Impossible Whopper which was the first time ordering it was dried out and cold. Will never order that again. My husband ordered a double bacon cheeseburger from the value menu. The cheese was cold as well as the burger. He was also given fries which he didn't order.
Needless to say, let's hope noone catches COVID from cross contamination. Sadly this Burger King was not practicing safe distancing and prevention of cross contamination. Frankly they shouldn't be providing...
Read morethis is by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. there are two parental gaurdians who were on shift disciplining their child in the midst of my family's meal. Their kid was also doing stuff for the parental employees and working for them. once he was done he started to cry, and listening to a kid cry over the blasting music overhead is a bit much for me to actually enjoy my meal at a dine in, fast food joint. I get that they might not be able to get a babysitter or anything, but it really killed the vibe as soon as I got in and sat down. the kid took over 3 of the booth seats with a crayon set and a bunch of miscellaneous items and a tablet and a play place that he kept running back and forth to. I appreciate that the parents care about their kid a lot, but come on. And sitting down and eating my food, there is some type of employee (presumably the manager) sprawled out on the table with his belongings doing absolutely nothing other than watching the show "young Sheldon" on his tablet. also while we were eating, they started cleaning up and putting the dining chairs up at 8:00, so 2 hours early. not only did it feel like there was chaos whilst eating, but they were constantly cleaning and still managed to have all the tables dirty except for 1, and my foot was even hit by the broom because the lady was cleaning when I was eating. Will not...
Read moreAlways empty. The food is either cold wrong or looks like Jimmy threw it across the room trying to make a trick shot. Point is the food isn't worth the money at this location. Some burger kings you go to you can tell the person took alot of pride into cooking it adding that extra bit of love. This isn't that burger king. Go there and you will see just like I have the many times I've pulled up. The employees are always outside smoking taking their sweet time to answer you if you go through the drive through because youre inconveniencing them. If you choose to sit inside I can guarantee out of the blue you will see some random person start sweeping at your table as if you're not sitting there actively eating. If you endure and choose to sit in there for longer than 5 mins you'll think you're in a bar. We all come from different backgrounds so not trying to judge. But maybe don't make it completely obvious some of your staff just got out of doing prison time. Every person has their opinion maybe your experience will be different but eat there and tell me at least two of points don't seem like they hit the nail...
