Dunkin' — Restaurant in Illinois

Terrible place they cant make coffee right and everything hot comes out cold ill be calling cooperate!! ✍️ update July 14th. The team here is being trained so poorley dt bother spending money here. They care more about getting ur money then getting what u paid for. I came in the other day after months of avoiding this place. I give it a try again and order a iced coffee. Before i pay he said large right and i said no medium then i paid for a coffee that wasnt mine lol and he charged me a donut and i was like I didnt order a donut. The guy said oh my bad didnt bother to fix the problem. I came back next day for refund and you wont believe this. I asked for a full refund and they had no manager for rest of day but yet the guy helping me had powers to refund me lol. He gave me 3 dollars less and i was like you shorted me. He said we dont refund tax lol but there was tax on the recipt. I told the man you are horrible at what you do and will never be back....

This Dunkin’ is right around the corner from my house. I go to the gas station almost everyday. Order a coffee and chocolate croissant, I did this for a week straight and every time about an hour after eating my croissant I would get really bad stomach pain. While I noticed that the croissant was always really stale and dry, I didn’t think much of it as it’s a croissant from Dunkin not a French bakery. However after ordering the same items from another Dunkin. I realize this location has been serving me expired chocolate croissants. The croissant at every other location I’ve been to has been great melted chocolate soft flaky chewy croissant. SO DONT BUY a croissant. Then this morning I walk to the counter and mind you there are three employees behind the counter, I am told “we’ll be with you in a second “ when the lady comes back to the counter she tells me they’re not open yet! Way to take care of...

This is 0 stars. The absolute worst service. Girl opening at 5. Big attitude and the ignorant looks by staff. , slow. Think 3 people waiting for it to open got her a little mad. I go to order a dozen bagels and she had no clue if they even had to sell. She ask her partner. Ok ya now they do. Then I tell her I want cream cheese on the side ( the little tub they sell ).
