Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Lockport

I am extremely disappointed. I am a father of two young girls one of them has Tourette’s syndrome, this is an illness where my daughter is not able to control what she says or does. My daughters love noodles and company and when I took them to celebrate getting out of school one of your employees made fun of her! My daughter has frequent spasms and blurts out words, and a young lady in her late teens to possibly early twenties with blonde hair started laughing at my daughter and started twitching herself and I overheard her tell another employee “ what a weirdo”. This is so heartbreaking and disturbing. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with this generation but you need to talk to your employees about how they act. My daughter already gets bullied enough and now she just got bullied at her favorite place, this always felt like a safe environment we’d go to after school but now I fear I can no longer bring my daughter back because of the trauma your employee gave my daughter! I went once to a noodles& company about 15 years ago and it was the definition of okay. I finally got a chance to go again and I'm glad to say they are pretty much exactly how I remember.

Simply okay pasta and noodle dishes that just don't excite the tongue. The staff were all very courteous and friendly, but the food they serve is just mediocre.

Mac and cheese rose slightly above the pack, but honestly I would have had a better time making a box of shells and cheese at home.

There's a lot better restaurants even in the same plaza, never mind in the rest of Lockport. Save your money and go...

I placed an online order for pickup. Once my order said it was complete I went to pick it up but when I arrived was told “we just ran out of tortellini and I’d have to open a new bag to make your order. Is there anything else you would want cuz we’d have to throw it at the end of the night and I don’t want to do that.” I said I wanted what I ordered and paid for and she said “I’ll see what I can do”.
