1rst I wanted to say I the service was horrible only 2 people infront of me one was being checked out other customer and me stood there for almost 4 mins while manager cleaned up looking right at me and other customer 6 people total were working not one person including manager and girl standing at cash register doing nothing refused to ask us if we needed help or even bothered to help us I can understand if it were busy it was not unless you include drive thru which seemed to take 3 people including girl at cash register to walk over to window and them instead of us also its clearly a mandate as of Monday that all customers and employees must wear a mask according to your sign on front door and counter so tell me why a customer without a mask was being served and talked to by girl at check out like that mandate is a double standard im glad I had my mask on I am a field engineer getting off a 14hr shift so clearly I was not happy when I just wanted pay for my food and relax which is besides the point the point is customer service was non existent and employees were rude except the only person taking counter orders yes 1 person I will probably not be coming back here considering the health of your customers...
Read more5/16/25 I have to change my review for this location. The last time I ordered drive thru was almost 5 years ago and was disappointed in the volume of food in my burrito bowl. My family convinced me to try again tonight and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered four burrito bowls and all four were well made. See photos attached. Keep in mind, these pictures were taken after the lids were removed at home. The food barely fit in the container/lid. Well done this time Chipotle! Everything tasted great!
Prior Review November 2020 2 Stars - "This was an online order/pickup tonight around 6PM. My steak bowl was missing almost 1/2 of what is normally in it, see the photo. One frustration I have with Chipotle is that they can be skimpy on the ingredients. This is by far the weakest burrito bowl I have had. Missing drink and chips from the kids meal. Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. We previously had bad service and incorrect orders at this location. We have not ordered in months, so decided to give it one more shot. That was a mistake. Ordered online for window pick up. After waiting at least 15 mins with one car infront of me, I get home to find the order was completely wrong. Went back to the store, told them what happened. They offered no apology for the incorrect order. I asked for a refund, was told they cannot help me and I'd have to call a corporate number. I left the food at the store and did call their corporate number. The person I spoke too on the phone was extremely helpful. The store manager gave me excuses of being new and retraining staff. That's fine, but still didn't take care of the current issue. A little apology and attempt to make it right goes a long way.
