Northern Lights Lounge — Restaurant in Illinois

We found this place by accident. We were trying to find a bar & snacks with some privacy. We were there on Business reviewing notes with an employee that had done special work for us. We wanted some place close to our Hotel. We decided to go in & check it out. Yes it's small but it was perfect for what we needed. We were there a little after 3 pm. Our Bartender/Waitress was Tina. She was so AWESOME! She's very pretty, sweet, and personable! She was so very busy! I gave her a big hug We ordered a pizza and had cocktails. Everything was delicious. The prices were so much cheaper than we had expected. The place was very clean. As the afternoon turned into evening, the place was packed! We most definitely return when next time we are in town. We don't get over there much but this has been almost an annual stop for us ever since we had our girls in the NICU at St. Johns. I really wish they were close enough to be our home town bar b/c the people are always friendly, the drinks are always good (and not too pricey), and we always have a great night when we visit. This a is a decent bar located off a busy road. There is a long bar top that extends almost the entire length of the room. The serve food at this establishment as well and has a juke box in the corner. They had two bartenders when I came in and both of them were able to keep up with the orders from all of the patrons.
