Starbucks — Restaurant in Springfield

Upon arrival, I used the restroom at this store. It needed a little attention but wasn't horrible. The young man who took my order was friendly and polite and made the perfect chai for me. When I went to the counter to get a napkin the surface was sticky and messy. When I sat down I noticed several tables that were not clean and that the floor had some small trash on it and also appeared not to have been cleaned in a while. The late afternoon sun was pouring in through the west windows which were filthy. The door especially was full of fingerprints and grime. The uncleanliness of this store made me want to depart asap. I'm not an OCD cleaner but places that serve food and drink need to be cleaner than this. When I see a dirty customer area it makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the areas where food and drink are prepared! I say UGH!!!...

I usually receive okay service here. Today unfortunately I did not. I arrived shortly before closing. The light was still on, there were still people inside and the drive-through sign was still lit up; and yet they would not wait on me. Told me they were closed. They should've had the board off--before I pulled up then. My phone said I still had a minute. I understand that I was cutting it close, but I made it. I have pulled through a Starbucks before that was close to time, and the board was dark. I did not leave a poor review when I pulled through a drive-through and the board was off--even though a minute or two remained according to my phone. They didn't even turn the board off while they were talking to me. One more happy customer wouldn't have delayed them that much...

This short dark haired girl working the windows didn’t know what she was doing.I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and she got confused and gave me the wrong order she gave me a cold brew. Then when I politely corrected her she rolled her eyes and turned around and waited five minutes to remake my drink. I think she could do better I didn’t get her name but I saw it started with a Cassidy I think it was. She was also kind of rude to me and I am aware I sound like a um what’s that name the kids call people. Oh a Karen I know I sound like a Karen but I’m tired of people being rude and I can’t go to the other Starbucks because it’s the closest to my place of work. I would like it if someone either talked to that girl or she changes...
