Got I think a new battery. Took 4 days and 3 different charger boxes and 3 diff charge cords playing musical outlets. Two days it charged half way and once full charge in last 8 days. The receipt don’t say how long or if I can exchange it.. got it the night before the below freeze hit and Christmas was in those days too.. so I’m thinking “did they not put a new battery in it. It’s doing the same thing for the reason I took it in. Now it’s about to be completely dead as was when I took it. For all I kno they wiggled a cord. zap charged it and took my 59$z. No I did not see it get fixed nire was I given any type of packaging.. the guy goes in back for about 15 to 20 minits and comes back with phone on and 40% battery. My chargers and cords work just fine for other phones. I’m not even on it enuf to kill a battery. Plug it and cpl hours later I check and hadn’t been charged. I got a new phone now but need a charge to transfer.. that’s not the pint of fixing the problem.. Did I even get a new battery? Did the guy think he out the new one in ? Or did he just go in back almost close time and sposed blizzard coming. Zap charge me take my money and send me off?? Not sure how I feel bout that.. Also I been paying phone insurance since 2014 and at best they can replace my phone with a referbished one. And charge a cpl hundred. Yet I can get one refurbished same price and keep my old phone .. Can’t trust anything these days. So as I’m at 20% now I have to turn off till. Next day and pray none my kids have...
Read moreRexx Battery Co was recommended to me, and has supplied my battery needs on numerous occasions, including for cell phones, universal power supplies, computer components and accessories. Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The batteries I've purchased exceed my expectations, and are generally less expensive than their competitors! They replace batteries onsite too, including for cell phones, whose batteries cannot normally be changed by the user (there may be a modest additional charge), car batteries, and lawn/garden tractor batteries. They have a service facility located in the back, where your car can be pulled in for battery replacement. Recently, I purchased a battery to replace a failing battery for my mother's UPS, or so I thought, but it turned out that her UPS was defective. Since I couldn't use that battery for anything else, I returned it to Rexx Battery for recycling, and they refunded my full purchase price - I wasn't expecting my money back! If you have any questions about batteries, or have trouble finding the right battery for an application, or you just need battery replacement help - and all for a good price, consider Rexx Battery for your...
Read moreYes they are nice, do a great job and make you feel comfortable dealing with problems most of use can't explain, you know the skilled computer nerd who makes you feel inadequate for not knowing their field, well they don't do that. But after leaving my phone over night to be fixed (cause the tech would have been off in 20 min and couldn't fix it) they returned the phone fixed but not charged or restarted so all the functions didn't worked. Needed to restart and charge a dead phone. Almost anyone can fix iphones now. What seperates compaines now is customer service, a fully functional phone restarted and fully charged gives you a 5 star, a 3% charged phone from a battery store that needed restarted to work gets...
