Ordered dinner for the family to go. Big order. I ordered 2 combo sesame chicken meals as part of the big order and got sweet and sour chicken meals instead. Ordered through their website to have each item labeled with our names, that didnt happen either. I can't understand their broken English well enough to let them know they've messed up. I've never had to check the box before leaving before, they've never messed up when we ordered until now. If we go back, we will have to check the box before we leave. There wasn't an atmosphere, no customers or people in sight except the one worker. With as expensive as it is, they can't afford to mess up like that too often. Disappointing and the food was cold, like it sat for atleast 15 minutes before I arrived to pick it up. I arrived early after being told it was ready for pick up by 5:30pm. I got there at 5:25pm. I always go here and have for years. I definitely won't be back after the food I got yesterday. I got the lunch broccoli beef substitute mushrooms instead of broccoli. Rice good mushrooms big whole pieces yum but the meat is all fat. Just chewing away on fat pieces no actual meat meat. And the sauce which was hot but is chunky like they added gelatin which it taste normal but u can tell. Even when it was brought home hot and fresh it was sticking to everything in chunks. Ordered lunch carry out today from the Wabash location. the beef and broccoli had very little sauce and very little vegetables they gave white sticky rice with it there was not enough sauce to cover the rice. the portion sizes are much smaller than the store on clear lake the egg rolls are much smaller and they only have pork and vegetable. I paid $50 for two orders I think the quality should be better...
